“First of all I want to congratulate you for the excellent work. Although I use the free version, for me it is by far one of the best if not the best, I have tried other systems and none come close to this one. The advantages of using Volumio are enormous at a visual level and at a simple level, its vast functions through plugins are to be praised. “I love Volumio. I stream from both my ripped CDs and from streaming services. Use it to feed FLAC files into an external DAC. Easy to use, good sound quality, and user interface is more than adequate. No issues at all.”

“My Volumio - devices are based on RasPi‘s, one with HiFiBerry DAC SPDIF fibre connection to the Amp, the other one with the tube DAC (503HTA), analog connection. Both works perfect ! @ the RasPi with the tube I had to disable the on-board WiFi - the WiFi creates noise.”

“Volumio is miraculous. I'm still using version 2.917, version 3 I've tried, no plugins needed to run my DIY Audio system based on the Raspberry Pi 3B +. I can't wait for the pluginis to become functional for the new version as well. Greetings and all the best”

“I use a Raspberry Pi along with Spotify.... overall the quality is very nice, kudos to Volumio team, however I would like Amazon Music to be implemented as there are very few App-based music streaming available in India like Quobuz or Tidal..... thanks 👍”

“I use this with raspberry pi connected via an Ifi usb dac to my hi fi. I stream from Amazon HD via my iPhone but I am not getting the benefits of the hi res stream because it is using airplay which compresses the stream so probably no advantage to my old apple airport express”

“Basically I find Volumio as a very good and clear system to manage my local media but also to be able to play. When upgrading to the new version 3, there were a few problems with my system at the beginning, which led to me having to reinstall it. However, the process was very quick and unproblematic. Since then Volumio is running stable and reliable again. My favorite thing about it is the versatility - especially in terms of supported hardware and services. I use Tidal Connect and Spotify, but also Roon to control my Volumio endpoint and Volumio turns out to be a reliable all-rounder. I am very happy with it! :)”

“Overall i am very pleased with volumio. There are a few minor things that are not working as i would like. The artwork from the albums that are stored on my Synology nas is loading very slowly. On my other systems e.g. Kodi and Moode this is not the case. The volume button could have a more prominent place, espacially in the "now playing" screen. And of course there is the IOS problem of not having the possibility to share from Soundcloud to Volumio. But that is an IOS issue and not so much a Volumio problem. Other than that Volumio works like a charm. It's fast, stable, clean and the new look is very good. The possibility of using bluetooth is also great.”

With a TOSLINK HAT and Volumio, I was able to connect my personal library, my Qobuz account and more to my stereo system.
