“Comfy chair with well filled cushions. High quality wooden frame, very strong. Problem with one of the cushion covers, but they replaced it quickly and FOC. Poor delivery company attitude and lack of care, but I have already provided feedback to you in the detail.”

“When I put through my order online I telephoned Customer Service as I was informed that a request to deliver to my daughter in Aviemore could be put on hold as she was on holiday. The delivery date was ignored and parcel delivered and put in bin at back of her house. Not very pleased with service.”
