I have looked into your order and can see that unfortunately we did send two incorrect floor cushions to you. We then offered to replace these for you and dispatch the replacements on the next working day. However you came back and said that you had already used them.
Our terms and conditions state that an item cannot be returned once it has been used but on this occasion, as a good will gesture, we offered a refund of just under 30% even though you had already used them both. We apologize for initially dispatching the incorrect item but did try to resolve as quickly as possible.
