“Bit of confusion over first order and free gift. Code for free gift never arrived, so contacted customer services who were very nice and promised to put gift on with the order. One box arrived designated 1/1 with onlty half the order. Second bow arrived two days later with other half but still no gift. Customer services again very nice and posted out separately. Next time I ordered and paid full delivery fee, it was sent DPD but instead of arriving at my house, it was delivered to a pick up point ten miles away, so I had to drive to fetch it.
Products are good but delivery leaves a lot to be desired.”
