So I’ve been back and fore for weeks, apparently now they agree I did not get my full order and I will receive the other items within 3-4 weeks, that was 18 days ago, so we will see if they arrive!”

Thank you for leaving another review. As discussed when you placed your last review on Trust Pilot, all items were showing as signed and delivered to your neighbours address on the 11th of August. As your order was placed on the 20th of July, this was despatched to you within our lead time of 2-3 weeks for our lighting products.
Upon receiving your review, we immediately contacted you by email and telephone to try and find out what had happened. This however did take some time to resolve due to your working hours and being unable to speak to us on the telephone. We can only assume that part of your order was lost in transit and for this we offer our apologies once again. A replacement was ordered and should be dispatched to you by the end of this week as was previously mentioned and we will forward on the tracking to you.

Fortunately as had this problem once before and address delivered to was Number 1 Tower Hill whereas my address is Apartment 1, Tower Hill Tankerton Heights, Whitstable, Kent, CT5 2BW so had idea where it was. House there is empty so glad I went to look
