“Not at all happy, waited 4 weeks for 2 chairs costing over 1k altogether with no updates. I finally phoned when I saw the same chairs being advertised as ‘the last two’ with only 2 weeks delivery.
I was told there was a long wait so I said I’d like to cancel my order but was told they would get them to me by the following Wednesday so I agreed. After putting the phone down I became concerned about the conflicting updates so I phoned them back. I was in the phone queue twice being told I was number one in the queue but was cut off twice, I was assuming that they knew it was me so we’re cutting me off so I borrowed my husbands phone and it was answered straight away. That was when I was concerned that the company didn’t seem trustworthy so cancelled my order. I am so disappointed as I would still like the chairs but with the amount of money concerned, I can’t be assured the company can be trusted.”

“You need to work on 2 areas, providing information and customer service. When I phoned to enquire about part of my order, the person I spoke to was extremely condescending and dismissive. Vital information about my order had never been given to me in any form, but she spoke to me as if I was stupid. Also, perhaps you need to look at your delivery charges, £25 delivery to the Inverness area from a company based in Glasgow is ridiculous. I could have driven down and back and collected them for less!! There is a road, the A9, between the two you know...”
“Unfortunately the goods I ordered did not match so had to be sent back to which I am still waiting for a refund .
If they were suitable they would have been great and delivery was very good .”
“The product was very nice as described and a good price as I bought it in the sale. But the delivery was awful. It was left on my front step in the rain when there is a safe undercover carport. The cardboard box was so wet it fell to pieces. No note through the door or text message was sent to say it had arrived. My dog found the parcel. Postage was expensive and I expected better than that”

“I ordered the mirror on 30th September and it arrived damaged. Collection was arranged and it his arrived back with them nearly two weeks ago and still no refund. I will not be ordering again. They have held on to my money much longer than necessary and I find customer service curt and unhelpful”

Instead, we would like all our customers to feel valued and I apologize that we have fallen short on this occasion.
I have had a look at your order and your return was booked back into our warehouse on the 20th of October 2022. As stated in our Terms & Conditions, all refunds will be issued with 14 days of receiving the returned goods back in our warehouse. I can confirm that you refund has now been issued.
