“Received goods fairly quickly after ordering, but regrettably not the correct lamp or shade at all. Disappointed to find when I telephoned that nobody was answering the phones as the staff were in training according to the recorded message. Managed to speak to someone the following day who resolved the situation satisfactorily, arranging collection of the wrong goods and delivery of the correct ones, which didn't take long at all.”

“Lovely lamps, table and floor lamp although not the cheapest they are great quality. Be aware you have to at for return postage if you don’t like your choice chick is what happened to me. You also have to send back in same, double boxed package. Takes ages to get refund back too, 14 days from when they receive the return.”

“Curtain material.. beautiful design but finer than originally thought. My mistake as I should have requested a sample. My curtains are made and hanging and much admired. Fast delivery and free gift received after chasing.”

“Products are excellent but feel Postage charges are excessive. Unfortunately had to return products as did not match and did have problem getting refund. I had to call on two occasions to secure full refund and it took nearly a month to receive. Able to contact by phone easily.”
