“I have order a few things from Voyage and have never been disappointed. The fabric I’ve received has been beautiful quality. I’ve made lovely cushions with my last purchase. My first order had a problem with the velvet I had ordered but talking to the lady on the telephone, the problem was rectified.”

“The lampshades are beautiful but the supports are really flimsy, I was disappointed in the quality for the price, I would have expected better. It only has 2 thin supports that can’t be adjusted and not strong enough for such a large shade.”

Hello Barbara, Thank you for your feedback on your order. It was great to speak to you earlier, as we discussed this lamp has a reversible gimble in the middle which makes it suitable for a table lamp and a ceiling lamp. If you flip the gimble around the other way, it should provide more support for the shade as it will not be sitting as high up on the base. Hello Annemarie, Thank you for your review. Picture frames have a lead time of 2-3 weeks as we print the wall art in house and then make up the finished picture frames in house too. I can see your order was placed and despatched within the week so it should be with you very soon, it left us on the 31st May, you should have received your tracking update from DPD.
