Thank you for your feedback on your order. It was great to speak to you earlier, as we discussed this lamp has a reversible gimble in the middle which makes it suitable for a table lamp and a ceiling lamp. If you flip the gimble around the other way, it should provide more support for the shade as it will not be sitting as high up on the base. Thank you for your review. Picture frames have a lead time of 2-3 weeks as we print the wall art in house and then make up the finished picture frames in house too. I can see your order was placed and despatched within the week so it should be with you very soon, it left us on the 31st May, you should have received your tracking update from DPD.
