“This was my 3rd order, first two were refunded as fabric was out of stock or part of the order was out of stock, despite website showing lots in stock. Had to chase the first order - no updates. Descriptions are unclear. I ordered pom-pom trim, actual pom-poms are huge - description was unclear - so it was pot luck. Whoever is writing the website - make it clearer and you need better communication support, this lets you down. The actual product quality is good.”

“The product is lovely - but to charge £40 delivery to Northern Ireland is extortionate! I had the picture delivered to a friend in England, who then posted it on to me for £6! If she can do this, surely some bright spark in dispatch could also manage it?”
“Incorrect rug size received despite being advertised online. The contact to inform you was very efficient and Andria arranged for collection, which was for the next day. Unfortunately the delay in being reimbursed is expected to take some time and as I can’t afford to buy a replacement until then,feel disappointed with the transaction.”

“Although part of my delivery didn’t arrive on the due date it was soon put right and I can’t fault the customer service I received. My email was answered within minutes. Andria arranged for another Morning Chorus foot stool to be sent and it arrived within a few days. The foot stools were so wonderful I ordered two more in different design for another room and they arrived without any delivery issues and are just as gorgeous. Voyage products are timeless and beautiful and are more than just a functional item of furniture, they add class and interest to a room and because of their artist created fabrics they will never date. I’ve had voyage Morning Chorus curtains and lamps in my sitting room and kitchen for 5 years and I still love looking at the birds and flowers depicted in the design. The panels were cut too short (within the black guidelines cutting off corners and sides) emailed for exchange and was asked for photos which I emailed by return. NO RESPONSE. Rang & left messages as no one picked up. AGAIN NO RESPONSE. Come on Voyage! Sort this out - I’ve spent hundreds of £££ with you.”
