“Although the products are mostly good quality, the after service for customers is not good enough… buyers need to be aware that they are responsible for return postage costs which is very expensive”

“beautiful product and superb quality however did not fit our needs. The chair was too small for the space where we intended to put, also the fire tag has fallen off in transit. Have assembled that back on. Would highly recommend Voyage and will definitely be purchasing from yourselves again.”

Due to the product being Made to order, it does take a couple of weeks to produce ahead of it being dispatched. Subsequent delays during transit, due to Brexit, can result in a 3 to 4 week delay in receiving goods. “Poor quality. Pricing changes almost daily, be careful. Very dishonest pricing. Refund only after having to phone. Customer service person then takes another few days to even process refund after saying they would do it immediately after phonecall. Avoid!”

This has been an oversight on our side and once brought to our attention the refund was issued within 24 hours. With regards to our pricing, we run weekly/daily promotions on different products which will reflect in the price. “Nearly 20 days to process my returns refund and only after chasing email. Internal standard of 14 days for refunds not acceptable. Would not order from Voyage Outlet again.”

“While we were very excited that the fabric we ordered for custom curtains had black-out fabric included, we were disappointed that the images of the fabric pattern on the website were completely different from the fabric we received. The images of the fabric samples online are incredibly misleading by comparison. On the website, the fabric appeared at a distance to be a small, fine pattern of blue hues, almost resembling blue linen. With the zoom tool, you notice the checkered pattern of different blue hues, but this appears to be small and only noticeable when extremely up close, as if the fabric were put under a microscope. In reality, however, the checkered print, with more white and purple than blue, is large, noticeable, and dramatically different in style and appearance than the images on the website. Had I known that the checkered pattern was visible in the fabric from any distance – even across the room -- and that the pattern was more white and purple than it was blue, I would have likely selected a different fabric, so that it would better match the style and colours of the room, as I thought the Ochoa Pacific fabric would. The fabric images on the website should not be so misleading and inaccurate, and I am very disappointed with this experience with Voyage Outlet.”

“I have just purchased 4 cushions from Voyage Outlet and could not be more impressed with the quality and value for money. I fancied a refresh in my living room and they look fantastic. Seriously I cannot believe I have got cushions of this quality at this price. I will definitely be purchasing more in the future and possibly lampshades too. I’ll now be checking out their website regularly to see what’s available.”
