Thank you for taking the time to leave the above feedback. I have had a look at the lead time for processing your refund. We recieved your returned items on the 1st of February. We then issued the refund on the 13th of February. As per our Terms & Conditions, all refunds should be issued within 14 working days of recieving the goods back. Your refund was issued within our stated time period.
