“The product was lovely, 10/10 BUT the issue I have is with the excessive packaging. I appreciate that the lamp and its shade had to be protected but the overall box was 86x57cm and packed with lots of paper, yes all recyclable but I thought it was too much. Probably better than the lampshade I ordered last time which was rattling around in a box with no packaging!!”
“Nice quality item (table lamp) but website is very misleading. Claimed plenty of the item in stock for 2-3 day delivery, when chased up (still shown as plenty in stock on website) was told it was "in production" with a lead time of up to 3 weeks. Actually arrived 5 and a half weeks after it was ordered (although a few of those days don't count as they fell across the Christmas period). Point is, the website shouldn't claim things are in stock if the item isn't actually available for timely dispatch.”

Really lovely cushions arrived in 3 days. Excellent quality, but the colours were very bland and disappointing compared to those depicted on the website. Very beige and brown, not the brilliant yellow I was expecting. Great price in the sale, so I decided to keep them.”
