“All the products I have purchased have been of great quality with unique patterns. I have mainly purchased cushions. They are beautiful. The reason I have given 4 instead of 5 stars is due to the postage costs. I live in North East Scotland and I was going to be charged almost £10 for delivery. Our home is only 1 and a half hours from two major Cities and is on the mainland so I couldn't understand this.”

“I can only buy in the sales due to limited finances, but know that the quality of any cushion bought is excellent and, all being well, will last me my lifetime. My only qualm is the cost of postage and packaging as it is the same for one cushion as it is for many.”

“I ordered fabric from Voyage Outlet in order to complete a project I had started. I was very disappointed to receive the incorrect fabric. After a couple of days and a chase up email I received a reply to tell me that a mistake had been made and my ordered fabric was not available. I was asked to return the fabric and await a refund.”

“I have always found voyage outlet items very well made and different to the norm. If I were to buy at usual not sale price they would out price themselves and the carriage is the most expensive that o have ever known but all in all the products are good”

“Lovely mirror - very pleased with it. Unfortunately delivery not so much - I had no notification whatsoever of its arrival, so wasn’t at home. Absolutely no contact from voyage or from the delivery company other than a card with no detail through the door. When I tried to call (many times) no answer at all. Following day, same thing. I phoned Voyage and was just told, “Well, can you not be there? It’ll be. Delivered at some point between 8 and 5, but I can’t say when.” Funnily enough, we are at work, and can’t just be at home! Had I known a day, I might have been able to arrange something, but the lack of communication was awful, especially as I’d had to pay £15 delivery!! Very disappointed and will make me question buying items again.”
