The reason I have given 4 instead of 5 stars is due to the postage costs. I live in North East Scotland and I was going to be charged almost £10 for delivery. Our home is only 1 and a half hours from two major Cities and is on the mainland so I couldn't understand this.”

After a couple of days and a chase up email I received a reply to tell me that a mistake had been made and my ordered fabric was not available. I was asked to return the fabric and await a refund.”

“Lovely mirror - very pleased with it. Unfortunately delivery not so much - I had no notification whatsoever of its arrival, so wasn’t at home. Absolutely no contact from voyage or from the delivery company other than a card with no detail through the door. When I tried to call (many times) no answer at all. Following day, same thing. I phoned Voyage and was just told, “Well, can you not be there? It’ll be. Delivered at some point between 8 and 5, but I can’t say when.” Funnily enough, we are at work, and can’t just be at home! Had I known a day, I might have been able to arrange something, but the lack of communication was awful, especially as I’d had to pay £15 delivery!! Very disappointed and will make me question buying items again.”
