“Ordered sample paper and when it came a quarter of it was blank, obviously the end of the roll. It was morning chorus so I assumed there would be a bird on the paper. At £1.50 a sample I expect to have the whole piece covered in wallpaper not 3/4 of it.
It has made me doubt whether or not to purchase it now.

“Placed an order for 3 cushions on 9 December. Received DPD Trivial Pursuit game instead. Replacement cushions ‘sent’ on 18 December. Enquired after their whereabouts on 23 December and again 3 times in January. Was told on 4 January they had been received back in warehouse, but we’re being sent out again that day. One week later, enquired again, and was told they were being sent out that day-12 January. Enquiring about delivery date on 16 January was told they had not had these cushions in stock, yet they had taken the money and repeatedly told me they were en route. A sorry tale.”
“The products are beautiful but the administration is quite poor. I only ordered cushion panels. 1st order that came wasn't as described. 2nd delivery wasn't our order and they still haven't responded to email sent before Xmas. Just received a 3 rd delivery and it's still not as described or pictured. All of these deliveries were sent with a ridiculous amount of plastic packaging. !!”
