“Lovely quality items were well packed and arrived quite quickly despite being in December and with all the problems at the moment. Good sale prices as well. Could have just made a note that other items ordered were on their way separately as I was left thinking and consequently contacted them about items which I thought had been missed. Apart from that great service, great products, great prices.”
“I think DPD has let you down. Everything I ordered, cushions, sofa, fabrics, etc, has been exactly what I wanted and as described. Very happy with all my purchases. (Especially the sofa!!!) However - 2 cushions have not arrived. These were ordered back in November. DPD did not inform us that they tried to deliver them. They did not inform us that they were out for delivery. Then they told us, via your email to us, that we had less than 24 hours to arrange collection from a pick-up shop. I don't drive and currently cannot walk very far. I have requested a refund.”
“Fabulous customer service and quality cushions and mirror with fast delivery. My mirror had a fault on the glass and I contacted customer service and after send some photos they issued a new one the same day. Really impressed with the fabulous service I received.”
“I ordered two cushions from the outlet. They are excellent quality and well worth the bargain price I got them for. The communication from the company was good and the cushions arrived in good time with excellent packaging. The only thing I would say is that the colour on the the cushions ( they had multi colours) was a little more muted than on the pictures. I accept the company do point out that picture colour and the actual colour of the product may differ, but this was the only slight disappointing aspect. The free cards were lovely and a nice touch.”
