I have had a look at the time taken to deliver your order and can see that the order was delivered to you within 14 days. Delivery to Republic of Ireland currently takes up to 3 weeks as outlined in our Terms & conditions, I have included the link below for your reference. You have also mentioned not being happy with the product you have received. Unfortunately, I cannot see any correspondence from you regarding this so can you please make contact with us on voyageoutlet@voyfab.co.uk and send us an image of what you have received? if we have sent the wrong item to you then we will resolve this for you straight away. If you simply do not like the product then please send the cushion back to us and we will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods.

My colleague has advised you to dispose of the sculpture and that a refund would be issued. I can see that the refund was issued to you yesterday and should now show on your original method of payment.
