Unfortunately, in the run up to Christmas, carriers are running to very strict delivery times which means that deliveries can be delivered out with normal business hours. However, this should be made clear to you at point of booking delivery with the carrier. We have taken all your comments on board via correspondence with yourself previously and passed all of this on to our carrier in the hope that levels of communication can improve going forward.
I can see that you have mentioned the colour of the chair being different from what is pictured online. If you would like to discuss this further, please send us an image into voyageoutlet@voyfab.co.uk and we can look into this for you.
