I have looked into your order and can see that the sample was dispatched to you on the 21st of December so should have been delivered by now so think that this must have lost in transit. I have had a look in to your order for the table and unfortunately you did not advise us that there were any quality issues. Had you advised us of this, we would have asked for some images and then arranged for the collection of the table at our cost.
With our furniture collections, we do need to use a specialized carrier. This needs to be booked in advance with the carrier so cannot be done as a next day booking. We do try to keep you informed at every step of the process and the carrier does contact you directly to make sure the collection date is suitable.
We do however, take all your comments on board regarding returns and will endeavor to make this process as efficient as possible.
