“The lampshade is lovely very good quality and great value for the money .It was however delivered to the wrong address as the company had not labelled it correctly. Fortunately I have honest neighbours . The amount of cardboard used was excessive for the order a small box inside a huge box .”

With regards to the amount of packaging, we strive to be environmentally aware of the amount of packaging that we use for all our products. “Really happy with my cushion. Price was amazing. Postage prices quite high but as the cushion was such a good price I didn't mind. Arrived really quickly. I had to get in touch with customer service due to authorising the courier to leave my parcel as I was not at home. They were extremely helpful and sorted out the issue with ease.”

“I ordered a large picture that was on sale. When it arrived it was in pieces with a broken frame. i reported this and after some discussion Voyage Outlet gave me a full refund.Thankyou.”

Your order was dispatched to you on the 14th of November so should have arrived no later than Friday 18th of November. I have today ordered a replacement for you which should be with you in the next few days. “The lamp arrived in a few days and was in perfect condition and packed really well. I was nervous ordering based on a lot of the reviews but I have not experienced any issues with my order and would order from this company again. I cannot comment on the refund process as did not need it.”

“Managed to get hold of another fabric bundle. Never been disappointed with any purchase from Voyage Outlet. You could give option to save yourselves money and reduce carbon footprint by sending once whole order ready to be posted...on the other hand can't wait to see what I ordered lol. Just wish there was more bundles now and again !”

“Kind of rue the day I found Voyage Outlet, haven't stopped ordering since :-) I had my eye on the Florence chair for a long time, but I had nowhere to put it... so last month I bought it anyway, I'll find a space somewhere!!!
