“Items received appeared to be of good quality - but we're not accurately described on the website. Had they been fully and accurately described we would not have ordered them at all - as they were not what we wanted. This was apparent as soon as we looked at the cushions - I telephoned Voyage immediately and they arranged the collection and return of the cushions. It has taken 3 weeks (and a telephone reminder) to receive a refund for these returned goods. The refund has only been made by Voyage for the cost of the cushions - I have requested Voyage to make a refund is made to cover the substantial unnecessary postage costs. As previously stated we never would have incurred these costs had the descriptions on the website been accurate - as we would never have made the order!”

We issued you with a refund for full cost of the order including the carriage. As is described on on all products on our site, Product images are shown for illustration purposes only and may vary slightly due to product enhancement and the screen settings of the device being used. “Absolutely love my lamps. It would be good if there was more communication regarding delivery. I felt the delivery time was too long. I wrote twice and never received a response. The lamps just 41/2 weeks later.”

“I had some Voyage Maison Cushions that were getting past their sell-by date & your Outlet website popped up on Facebook. Curtains weren't part of the plan but, when I saw these Azima Indigo abstract ones I went for them to update my lounge. Easy to order & very quick delivery. Good quality & lovely design. As they were extra long I made cushions with the fabric that I cut off, one very happy customer.”

“Extremely high delivery cost and I had to pay for returns. I returned an item and three weeks after they had received it back they were still no refund I kept phoning. I was simply told they are running late on refund. This is not OK!! Prices can’t be trusted they fluctuate every day. Products were good but these issues put me off.”
