“Quite disappointed. The colour of the cushions is nothing like the photo online. I thought I would receive mustard cushions and they’re more of a brown colour.”

When possible, can you please call us back as it sounds like you have possibly received the wrong items. The Luna cushion is a very strong colour of mustard and definitely not brown so would love the opportunity to try and resolve this for you.

“Always love the items that I buy from Voyage Outlet. The quality has been consistently good and if ever there has been an issue, it’s been dealt with very quickly. My only criticism is that delivery always takes about 3 weeks, as opposed to the 2-3 day guide provided when selecting postage. I don’t know if this is because each item is made to order, but if it is, please start saying that on the website as I’d be far happier to wait 3 weeks if I know my order is being specially made.”
“It’s the second time I’ve ordered with Voyage Outlet and I’m impressed. This time it was a lamp and a picture. The lamp fits with the room perfectly and complements the voyage cushions I purchased previously. The picture of blue tots in a nest is charming, well framed and looks great. Both items packaged very well (almost too much) and both arrived in the timeframes given. I had a query about the type of bulb I needed for the lamp so emailed and got a helpful response almost immediately. Excellent service and I will definitely shop at Voyage Outlet again. Thank you.”
“My footstool was lovely - just as shown on the website and I am very pleased indeed with it. I have given 4 stars, not 5, because I ordered the goods, which were showing as being 'in stock but I still hadn't heard anything nearly 1 month later! When I enquired, I received a very prompt reply, telling me there had been a 'stock miscount' and they were waiting for the goods to come in. I cannot fault the email correspondence but I really would have liked to have known BEFORE I had to chase up the company. I really would have appreciated correspondence telling ME of the situation rather than me having to chase THEM. Apart from that - I have no gripes and the footstool is lovely 😊”

“In that my chosen Voyage Maison framed picture arrived with the glass broken, I had to contact Customer Services thereafter. The response was very positive and a courier arrived promptly to collect the damaged picture back in its box. I am due a refund of both the picture and the postage paid for carriage. Disappointed that the framed picture has sold out but happy to buy again from Voyage Maison as the quality of goods is of a high standard.”
