“There was an error in my shipping at no fault of VQ, however, when I contacted VQ their customer service was fantastic. Jordan was so helpful and did everything he could to make my order right. He responded in a timely manner and had very thorough communication with me. Thank you for your help Jordan and for helping make this right.”

“I have ordered from vanquish over the years and been satisfied but my last order had some damage on T-shirt they were very prompt and Charlotte was very fair and helpful and sent me out a gift voucher which I thought was very kind of them”

“I bought 4 pieces during the sale period. I understood that it would take time because it was shipped overseas, but the contents of the package I received were only three. When I emailed that one of the items I received was missing, I immediately received a reply asking me to send a picture of the item and bag I received from Charlotte. As soon as I emailed the photo of the missing one and the bag, she prepared for additional shipping. Charlotte is grateful for the kind response to my poor English email.”

“Very poor service experience. 1. Three of the items I received were faulty. I emailed customer support per the instructions on the website including photos of the faults. I was initially told that I would be required to pay shipping to return the items and receive a replacement which I consider to be unacceptable. 2. When I complained and provided my view that the store should be responsible for shipping costs given the items were faulty. 3. My complaint was escalated to Charlotte from customer service. She offered the resolution of a gift card for replacement value including postage which I accepted. 4. The gift voucher value was significantly less than the amount paid for the items. Despite sending 2 emails politely requesting an explanation as to how the refund amount was calculated, it has been over two weeks with no response. 5. I don’t recommend this store.”

“Wrong item delivered. Despite stating a 24/48hr response to emails, got a response a week later (after second email). However, Chris dealt with this error swiftly and has corrected the order. He also offered a good will gesture. Good service overall”

“I purchased 4 times with the company, only the first order came ok. The second time came the wrong size (I just keep it). The third time I ordered a hoodie and a trousers and I receive two trousers. I still didn’t receive the hoodie(waiting for almost a year). The fourth order (the biggest one), wich had a birthday gift for a friend came missing a trousers and a hoodie. And I followed all the procedures asked for the company, I get only emails back saying sorry but until now, after 2 months, I still didn’t get it. So, if you want to increase your level of stress and anxiety I highly recommend a purchase with that company. Eliabe Nogueira da Silva.”

“The essential sweatpants are a really good tapered fit, quality material and stitching. They didn't have the colour I originally ordered in stock, was contacted by Charlotte same day to advise and I just swapped them for a colour that was in stock, great customer service issue resolved with one email. Also like the fit of the core t shirts.”
