“Really great customer service experience and I think the adviser was Sandro - provided me with the information I need around my order but also sold out one of the orders I made and they got in contact to let me know it was out of stock and let me choose a different item and which got added to the order”

“If this company was based solely on their products this rating would be much better as the apparel is great but the service has been less than satisfactory on going emails after months of dealing with them after they sent the wrong product and having to pay huge return fees. I still don't have my items that were ordered in March ... it is now June. This has been a frustrating process. I look forward to the day I receive the quality product they provide”

“My order still isn’t here yet and it’s been over 2 weeks since I ordered. All I got was a £10 gift card. What is that even going to get my from your site? Absolute joke. Won’t be ordering again after this one.”
