“This was my first purchase from Vanquish Fitness and it arrived in good time.
I was immediately impressed with the quality and fit of the sweatpants. However i noticed there was an issue with the stitching of a pocket so I contacted customer service and received a reply from Chelsea.
Chelsea was extremely prompt, very helpful and offered to replace the sweatpants or to send me a voucher to the value of the original purchase, including the postage, so I could buy a different item. The issue was resolved in the space of a few hours and I can't fault the customer service.
I will be purchasing from VQ again in the future.

“I've purchased multiple items from Vanquish Fitness over time and have always been more than satisfied with the quality and style of their products. Recently however a pair of sweatpants that I purchased had an issue with fading so I contacted a representative whose name was Chelsea. Chelsea was extremely courteous, prompt and helpful. She examined the pants via photos that I sent and advised me that they should be replaced. Chelsea offered to replace the exact style and colour or to send me a voucher to the value of the original purchase, including the postage, so I could buy a different item. The issue was resolved that easily, I didn't expect such great customer service, I couldn't ask for more.
After dealing with Chelsea I can say that I have full confidence in continuing to purchase from Vanquish Fitness as the customer service is amazing.

“Chris dealt with my exchange the same day it was received back to them so canāt ask better than that. A swift direct email (not a generic email) and replacement order confirmation so I knew it was acted on and my exchange item is on its way. I have many pieces form VQ, quality stays wash after wash and so does the size, never shrinks unlike some others. Only thing which would be great is if the company offered free returns but perhaps itās something in the future”
“I purchase a pair of joggers for Christmas and really liked them. However, after wearing them once, I found a hole where the monogram was stitched. I contacted customer service, and Chelsea was extremely helpful. She asked for a photo of the joggers, apologized for the defect, and offered me several solutions, including a refund. I chose to receive a gift card that would cover the cost of the joggers plus shipping. I will definitely use it for a new pair. I really appreciate the professional way Chelsea and Vanquish handled my issue.”
