My car was at vtnz Dunedin for 5 hours to get a cof inspection from 8.45 am..i called from 11.30 on to see if it had been done but the phone wasn't answered, one call I stayed on the line for 2 minutes it was not engaged,it rang.so I tried another phone and it was answered, so they weren't answering My phone.Turns out that my car had been checked and was ready for pick up..but " they must have forgotten to call you'.It was deliberate.Im pleased I don't get breakdown insurance because I was going to today.will be going elsewhere next cof.

Wife went for a wof. Told she had to book now. That's fine. Go on website, have to make an account. That's fine. Website not allowing her to do so. Has a phone number to make booking. Rings the number, then gets yelled at for not using the website. Explains the website îsnt working and that it says to ring the number to make a booking. Gets yelled at again for not using the website. Not cool vtnz.

I am extremely grateful to the team at www.digitalcyberforensics.org for their exceptional services. Despite falling victim to a significant scam, their dedicated team successfully recovered my funds. Their extensive knowledge and expertise in dealing with online fraud cases are highly commendable. I highly recommend their services to anyone facing similar challenges.

My daughter sat her Restricted Driver's test with a lady at Hastings VTNZ. She was told (after the fact) she didnt pass as she drove 46km through a temporary 30km zone? My daughter said yes, she drove through one area where there were cones and a 30km sign, no problems there but then the instructor said there was another area they drove through with the same sign 30km and that my daughter had driven over the speeding limit?? My daughter said to me that no way was there another area with a 30km speed limit? My question to VTNZ, why was the 'Go Pro' pointed at my daughter rather than at the road the whole time during the test AND why was she not offered video footage of the alleged speeding, hence why she failed her test? And why was a review of decision not offered. Sounding like a Karen yes but pretty shady if you ask me!

"I'm thrilled to have passed my driving test at VTNZ Tawn Place, Hamilton! I received my full license today. The experience was seamless, thanks to the exceptional team. My examiner, Varinder, was outstanding - calm, supportive, and crystal clear in his instructions. He significantly reduced my test-day nerves. The staff was professional, friendly, and highly organized, making the entire process stress-free. I wholeheartedly recommend VTNZ Tawn Place Hamilton, particularly, Varinder.

Today I was in VTNZ kingsland, not disappointed with the service provided. Been going there for a number of years for WOF. Staff Previn is friendly and has a smiley face, happy with his work. I booked, don't have to wait for service, recommend this. Will be there, next year.

So slow...not enough inspectors....strange practices. For a recheck - only needed a light checked I had to join the line and waited over two hours. Avoid the VTNZ..

I applied for a job as a testing officer and I was told that the 2 recruitment people were going to contact me by phone. The first day the recruitment person said that she had called my number and she didn't because I checked my missed calls on my phone and nothing. Still no one contacted on day 2 of waiting for a phone call so on day 3 I called the recruitment people up so I could have my phone interview that they promised me. Not very professional recruitment when the person had to call you up. Sort out your recruitment agency.

VTNZ Upperhutt - Failed on 2 minor issues. A rear seat belt buckle they couldn’t find and a tyre needed replacing - refused to wait 5mins to retest and closed up, found the seat buckle in 30seconds and had the spare tyre in the car Means I have to wait a week and come back next weekend as too busy in the week - very frustrating

I took my driving test at VTNZ wiri Manukau today and passed, the staffs at the front desk are friendly and very professional, My instructor was Muga his a gentleman, he instructed me so well, his friendly kind polite and very professional, I was so nervous before sitting but once he explained me everything before the test I felt so better . I highly recommend Muga , I went for my test before at Takanini and cavendish drive and had a very bad experience the Indian instructors showed their attitude and think they are all, they failed me without any explanation. I highly recommend Wiri branch for driving test, Staffs are very friendly and helpful and professional. Thank you Muga. May god bless you always . Keep up the great work you doing for us all .

I passed my driving test today at the Porirua VTNZ office, and it was a great experience. Mr. Wiremu G, was my testing officer. He was calm, friendly, supportive, and very clear with the instructions. He explained the test process clearly, ensuring that I understood each step before we began. Mr. Wiremu's instructions were precise and easy to follow, which made a significant difference in helping me stay focused and confident throughout the test. Thank you once again. 😊

My daughter just had the worst experience with Barry at the Manukau VTNZ going for her full license. He was unfriendly, spoke so softly and mumbled with an accent so neither of us could hear or understand him properly. He failed her for not checking mirrors which I could see she was clearly doing as I was sitting in the back seat. She drove well and confidently despite it pouring with rain and being on unfamiliar industrial roads. Barry failed to point out what her critical mistakes were so we left feeling like she didn't know what she really did wrong? I would not advise taking your teenager to the Manukau VTNZ to sit your license, Barry clearly has no people skills and has now crushed my daughters confidence in driving. Do better Barry.
