“Vulcan products get a 5 from me however their service is sorely lacking. In my first experience, I was kept on hold forever only to be given instructions to complete a ticket online. By the time they responded to me a day or 2 later, I had already solved the issue. The 2nd time I ordered, nearly 4 weeks had passed before I decided to call to see where my order was. After putting me on hold several times, they informed me that they had simply forgotten to process my order! Maybe offer your customers a coupon code or some other form of good will or simply put a little more effort into making things right. Again, great products but lousy service. Hopefully, they can improve on this.”

“Vulcan Strength provides good quality products to consumers. I purchased the 5 to 50-pound Elite Round Rubber Grip dumbbells. I would have liked to have the 55 and 60-pound pairs included in the shipment, but Vulcan is only shipping sets at the moment. I didn't think I needed to get the set from 5 to 75-pounds at this point in my life. Maybe once the pandemic allows us to get to a better normal state, Vulcan will open the ability for pairs to be purchased for me to add to my current purchase.”

“It is a good GHD, it holds up to me a 280lb powerlifter. Our only issue was that the frame for the GHD had a slight bend on the part that contacts the legs, so its wobbly and super annoying. We ended up just bolting it to the ground to make it even.”

“Great quality and I like the look and feel of the bumper plates. I’ve dropped them from cleans too many times to count and never had an issue. Also have some bumbells and quality is the same - very good. I can’t justify buying Rogue when these are just as good. Definitely recommend”

“Bench is well made and sturdy. I really like it. It is a great value at the price point. One star off due to a bent bracket on the “spine” of the bench. I was able to use a vice grip and pipe to adjust the bracket but it certainly wasn’t meant to be in that condition. I am sure I could have requested an exchange but that seemed crazy for something I could fix and I didn’t want to wait any longer. The box showed no signs of damage so it might have been a packing issue. Anyhow, bench is great.”
