“I ordered a lot of weights. Almost all of them came well on time and in good condition. A couple sets of 5lb plates were lost by UPS though. I contacted Vulcan and created a UPS lost package claim. The calls and emails to Vulcan were unanswered until about 5-6 weeks later. Then Vulcan sent replacements and now I finally have everything I paid for. It would've been smooth sailing had it not been for the lost package. It took a very very long time to get a replacement and there was no communications from Vulcan despite a dozen phone calls and a half dozen emails. However, considering the pandemic, I would let it slide. They were small plates and they were eventually replaced.”

“Consider this against the market leader at this price: the Rogue Ohio bar, but the Vulcan Standard Bushing bar is better. There is far more craftsmanship that went into this bar than it's competitor. The knurling is tight, and the right degree of aggressive for a multipurpose bar, even in the Carolina heat during bar cycling metcons. The sleeve is well refined. It's like comparing a production piece to one that's handmade; the latter being the Vulcan bar. The tolerances are above expectations for a bar at this price point. While I can't speak to any other bars besides the Rogue Ohio and a couple other low end bars not worth mentioning, I am very happy with this purchase and glad to support a local business.”

“4 out of 5 on service because I ordered bumper plates and was charged for shipping. I got an email that I was going to be credited back, and I’m still waiting for that credit. It’s been longer than 10 business days. Other companies credited me back faster when orders were cancelled/corrected. Update: After review was submitted, issue was quickly resolved. Thanks again! Will highly recommend others to order from Vulcan’s website.”

“I am very pleased with Vulcan Strentgh. I purchased my weights on pre-order and they shipped exactly when I was told they would. Weights arrived undamaged and they are definitely better quality bumpers than other brands you will find. I look forward to ordering more weights after they come in stock. This review is in regards to the Black Bumper Plates and the 45lb V2.0 plates.”
