“As a physical therapist, I am new to Vulcan, and have been pleased with the customer service I have received at Vulcan. I wrote to customer service to clarify how to order a lift after my order was complete, and delivery was in transit. I received a reply from Vulcan the next day with a link that connected me directly to the page where I was able to add the lift service to my shopping cart. Vulcan also sent me timely emails regarding my order, special instructions (don't forget to add "lift service' to your order is it weights over several hundred pounds, and is being delivered by freight), and delivery tracking information. I have made several orders from Vulcan, and will continue to do so. Thank you!”

“As a business owner of a newly opened facility, I appreciate the timeliness of Vulcan delivery. I received up to date status of my order, invoice, and delivery. My items were delivered on time, and in perfect condition. The Vulcan website is easily to navigate, and I was able to find what I was looking for with ease. “The whole process with Vulcan was great. I preordered a set of bumper plates, they shipped on the specified date, and arrived within a couple days of the prediction.They packaged the plates really well. Each 45lb plate was individually boxed and 25s were boxed together. Overall great experience and Im excited to start using these!”

“I love the bumper plates - I never purchased from Vulcan prior to this, and I’m glad that I made the decision to purchase the bumper plates through them. Delivery was fine - everything showed up and in perfect condition. If your on the fence - I would highly recommend Vulcan.”
