“My Black Kilo plates are holding up well. They seem to be wider than some other brands so the 25s are tricky to load, but other than that they are perfect. Definitely would purchase this brand again.”

“The GHD took about 2 hours for me to assemble, the directions were good but could have been slightly more descriptive, it maybe took 10 min longer because of this. I had the thigh pads backward on one side. Overall it's a great piece of equipment, really well built, easy to adjust, and a great buy. Great value vs the Rogue equipment which was more expensive and didn't include the wheels”

“First off, the bumpers look better than all the competitors. They also have a beveled edge that makes them easy to pick up off the floor when cleaning up. By far the highest quality bumpers for the price on the market!”

“Dumbbells and rack are superb. We lost 2 sets of dumbbells in transit. Received the final pair yesterday. With Covid it took a little extra time to receive the replacements. Overall experience was very good!”

“Bench is very sturdy, well made from a welding/material stand point. I will say that the upholstery has already ripped and stitching head split on ther backrest of the seat. So I was expecting a little more for a $400ish bench. Great product, just mad my stiching popped.”

“I purchased the Pro Hex rubber Dumbbell set up to 50 pounds and I'm hoping they get the 60 and 70 pounders in soon to complete the setup. The set was recommended to me by a fellow garage gym enthusiast and I'm glad I followed his recommendation. The dumbbells are very good quality and the handle grips are much better than anything you can find at a retail store. If you are looking for a solid set of dumbbells for your garage or basement gym than these are the dumbbells you have been looking for.”

“When I called three times all three times I was able to say my question immediately after I was hung up on. It was one male and one female that just kept hanging up on me. I don’t understand why I would be hung up on instead of spoken to as a person. It was completely unprofessional.”

Hi Tiffany, If you called during a period of a high volume of calls there may have been some service issues simply due to the call volume.
