“I bought the calibrated steel plates. These plates are precision, and powder-coated. Very nice! The customer service is better than competitors. The packaging was "over the top"...individually wrapped in foamed plastic and wrapped in tape. Zero Damage! I am most pleased with my purchase.”

“Safety squat bar was pretty good quality for the money. Customer service however is probably the worst I've ever experienced. I called probably 25 times over the 60 days it took to get my product and only got ahold of someone 3 times. They repeatedly gave me wrong information, sent my package to a wrong address and generally didn't know what was happening.”

Hi Brandon Kuehl, Thank you for your review. At the time you placed your order the demand for exercise equipment was unprecedented as a result of the Covid-19 Pandemic. Unfortunately, there was no way we could prepare for this as no one was prepared for this global situation that has negatively impacted many peoples lives. Our state was under a stay at home order and our work force was limited to 50% of our normal capacity. Our deepest apologies that there were any delays in you receiving your safety squat bar. We value your feedback and your continued support.
