“So far, the weight plates i ordered have been phenomenal!!”

“Terrible customer service. I used their message system to make sure their multi grip pull up bar would fit my Vulcan rack and they told me it would. Turns out it did not fit and when I message them again they told me it was not compatible. They would not pay for the return shipping. I used to be a big fan, but now I will never shop there again or recommend them to any friends.”

The attachment you purchased, the MultiGrip Pull-Up Bar for Flat Foot Base Power Rack, will not fit the power rack you bought, the Power Rack - Slim Fit. “I bought the calibrated steel plates. These plates are precision, and powder-coated. Very nice! The customer service is better than competitors. The packaging was "over the top"...individually wrapped in foamed plastic and wrapped in tape. Zero Damage! I am most pleased with my purchase.”

“Safety squat bar was pretty good quality for the money. Customer service however is probably the worst I've ever experienced. I called probably 25 times over the 60 days it took to get my product and only got ahold of someone 3 times. They repeatedly gave me wrong information, sent my package to a wrong address and generally didn't know what was happening.”

Hi Brandon Kuehl, Thank you for your review. At the time you placed your order the demand for exercise equipment was unprecedented as a result of the Covid-19 Pandemic. Unfortunately, there was no way we could prepare for this as no one was prepared for this global situation that has negatively impacted many peoples lives. Our state was under a stay at home order and our work force was limited to 50% of our normal capacity. Our deepest apologies that there were any delays in you receiving your safety squat bar.
