“The bench is very sturdy. The only issue is that it wobbles a bit so a shim was necessary to keep it level.”

“The first thing is Great CS ( Greta ) so thank you 🙏. Next is great packaging, so my bench was in perfect condition 👍🏻 and finally the bench itself is awesome and built like a tank. I think this might be the best value in this style of bench that you can find.”

“By far the most heavy duty air bike i found in retail and commercial gym equipment sales . The only thing that could be improved on is the control panel to have more visibility. GREAT Bike!”

“I ordered bumper plates in 25, 35, and 45 lbs. all where great except one 45 had indents on the rubber, like it was a manufacture defect. Didn’t hinder the performance, but I felt like I paid full price for what should have been a discounted product. I decided to exchange the one 45 lb plate. I got a prepaid label and sent the plate back on December 28th 2022. I got confirmation that my package had arrived from ups but not from Vulcan. Fast forward to February 12, 2023 I still hadn’t heard anything and my new plate never came. Finally decided to reach out and for 4 days no response to my email. Then suddenly I get an email from ups saying my package has shipped and will arrive in 3 days February 17. Still no email from Vulcan about any of this. So my exchange was clearly forgotten about and I am disappointed in the customer service to say the least. I hope I was an odd case and they don’t treat every customer like this. I love my other plates however, they are great and work perfectly. Updated review: Vulcan sent the new plate which arrived in good condition and timely. A couple days later they reached out by phone and email to explain their dissatisfaction with their performance and that an issue in the system caused them to miss my return. Totally understandable and glad they reached out to make it right. 5/5 stars for them. If your in question between which brand to buy, take it from me and go with Vulcan over rogue or titan”

“Very POOR description of the equipment they sell. Be aware if you buy and read all the specifications and make sure you go to Google and convert the metric into inches like they told me I should have done. Know I have DBs that don’t fit a standard commercial gym DB rack. There suggestion “ buy a new rack from us” Last penny they will ever get from me.”

Thank you so much for your feedback Michael. We truly appreciate that you took the time to let us know about your experience. We are sorry that you weren't aware of the handle length specification listed on the product page and were unable to make the conversion from metrics to inches. Most exercise equipment specifications will be listed in metrics to be exact, as fitment may depend on a few millimeters or less. We understand how frustrating it is to realize that all dumbells will not fit all dumbbell racks. Please reach out to us at vulcan@vulcanstrength.com so that we may further assist you.

“Great looking bumper plates. Assumption I made based on the "USA" stamped with the Vulcan logo was that these were made I the US...I was disappointed to see that these were made in China, thus unable to provide 5 stars, since that is important to me, to buy American products and support American manufacturing.”
