“The size options were limited and this slbelt seems a little too big and if I got any smaller this belt wouldn't fit. Website listed 38-39, I need a 36-37. But it same we have to pay to get it shipped to returns and that's unfair to me as a customer.”

“If there is ANY chance you will need to return or exchange an item purchased, DO NOT do business with this company. They have terrible customer service. It is impossible to reach a live person. All calls to the customer service line rolled to a recording that referred me to their website to complete a return authorization form to get the RA# required to return and exchange my weight training belt. That was 12/30/22. On 01/04/23 I received this review form to complete, which I put aside pending the successful completion of my return/exchange. On 01/12/23, I followed up on my RA as I had not heard anything from the company. As of today, 01/16/23, I still have not heard anything. My purchase was a weight belt that was a Christmas gift to my son. It appears that I may be out of the cost of this belt, and my son is without the gift he wanted.”

“Vulcan Alpha Bumpers—great quality, good price. In my experience, they are noticeably quieter than my old XM and hulk fitness plates from covid period. Really nice upgrade.”

“I got the Vulcan 10MM Purple Leather Powerlifting Belt [Select Your Measured Waist Size:24" - 25"]. It fit me right out of the box without having to really “break it in” much. I’ve had it for over a year and it looks great and really supports and helps me brace.”

“GREAT RACK!!! 👀 Ran into a small hiccup with one of the base post 4 holes not lined up properly. The good folks of Vulcan Strength Training Systems have been working vigorously to rectify the situation during the Holiday Season to replace the one post. I had to get 4 Holes Drilled, my post should be here soon,, a week and a half out from original drop off date Dec 23. NOT BAD TURN AROUND CONSIDERING THE TIME OF YEAR. The equipment is sturdy, sound and awesome once put together. Again I've ordered several pieces of equipment from Vulcan Strength and had a slight hiccup with one, sooooo I went with 4 stars all around.”

“Vulcan is a trusted brand and I now see why. I did a lot of looking and for my purchase they had both the benefits of a budget friendly product with the matching desired ability to accommodate multiple condition use (indoor/outdoor). Process was smooth and I'm going to probably recommend the same system to a friend.”
