“The closed system approach - dictated by EU regulations for 2016 - is somewhat restrictive, yet if this means that we can improve the safety of e-liquid and vaping then this might be a good thing. Thr Vype e-pen is simple to use and delivers nicotine reasonably effectively. Faint praise, yet this is what the EU regulations imply. The product functions and is very easy to use. The replacement caps are NOT overly expensive when you consider that a single cap lasts a whole day and you are not having to pay for atomisers. For example, I can get through 4 ml of quality e-juice in a day using a sub-ohm tank (my current preference) - this works out to be around £2.30 a day (as a very rough estimate and factoring in a replacement coil every three to four days). A Vype cartridge costs £2.33. The vaping experience of a Vype is certainly not as involving as using a tank system, yet maybe it is safer? Without BAT publishing actual data, we will not know. The sooner they do this, the better.”

“I'm sorry but I have not as yet used the Vype. My daughter put me on to your product and has been using it for the past seven months and she has not touched a cigarette. I'm very much hoping it will do the same for me.”

“Great product, but it is a little expensive for the liquid capsules. Very reliable vape compared to usual hit and miss cheaper products. I just wish the liquids were cheaper as this will be the reason I would revert back to my usual unbranded product. On the pocket it feels like going back to smoking.”

“Good products only thing i found was i purchased liquid but some bottle are too hard too squeeze others seem to have a soft spot on the bottle. This is all thats disapointing.”

“I am very impressed with the soft feel of the tips on the mouth,very different to the intellicig. The flavour I am using is very cigarette "like", which I am pleased with, as I am not into other flavours e.g cherry. There rechargeable case is fantastic and I recommend purchasing 2, so you never have to wait, whilst recharging. I have to say the whole system is completely reliable in every way . The only thing I feel apprehensive about is the claim that the e-tips should produce a lot more puffs than the intellicig tips. I seem to go through them at the same rate but I am now going to start monitoring them so as I can be sure. Overall very, very pleased .”

“Great price. Seems to work well. Only had this product for 3 days and the first cartridge is still going strong and not had to recharge it so far. The blended tobacco flavour seems a bit too sweet for my tastes. It's not offensive but it's certainly not even close to the taste of a cigarette.”

“This is easily the best vaping product I have seen. The carry case is stylish and practical , mimicing the cig pack I am used to. Likewise you "smoke" something thats exactly like a cigarette. Even more important, it TASTES LIKE ONE. So its a WINNER. Its going to stop me smoking - after 50 years of it. Its also very competitively priced. Just £12.99.”

“I would say in the whole the service is very good but one criticism I have is that I ordered some flavours recently on a Friday and paid for next day delivery (this was important as I was going away on the Monday) I received an email telling me that the delivery will be on the Tuesday as the Monday was a bank holiday! Really annoying as Saturday is a working day for the delivery companies This aspect of service could be better explained at time you order.”
