“As a first time user of a esmoking device I must admit after much research on YouTube and other means I am glad I purchased the vype pen starter kit! It's easy to assemble and use! As its only been 4 days since getting it I can not say how the battery life is like or how long the contents of the solutions will last! I purposely purchased the apple flavour in zero nicotine as well and glad I did! Despite strong urges to taste again flavour of tobacco I regret to say the 2 that come with starter kit did not state the nicotine strength and no options to choose what flavour! The first attempt left me with a harsh throat and horrible taste in my mouth! Now I have one very slightly used and one never to be used by me capsules going to waste! So Vype people any chance the starter kit has an option to choose the flavour?? Or even the strength? Overall good product 10/10 Apple flavour 8/10 Price 10/10 Thumbs up!!!”

“The website was very easy to use and navigate round. The way the descriptions of each product are layer out, next to each other, made it very easy to decide which product was best for me. The price is very reasonable.”

“Big bulky and plasticy wasn't expecting that I thought it would be smaller and more solid. The tips do last a good two days maybe 3 depending on how heavey a vapor you are, can't comment on the battery life as there seems to be a fault with mine and I'm awaiting the replacement. Cheap and cheerful does the job”

“Like most smokers who wants to quit I tried allot of brands before i finally got my first Vype E-Tank and 2 months latter I now have the Whole collection E-Tank E-Stick And my latest E-Pen The E-Tank: Amazing Over all preformanc all the flavores provided are great (you might add more VYPE) I my self prefer the golden tobacco, but also envoy the rest the only downside to it is heating of the tip if you over use it E-Stik I Loved how it feels and the smoke thickness it's an actual cigarette but without the harmful toxins I loved the flavores offered by Vype the are awesome and the charging box makes all the difference trust me I have tried other brands and that was a down side with all of them but with Vype my stick lasts more than a day without plugging it back to a charger The downside is that the cartomisers capacity is a bit small so you might go through 2 of these over a day My latest The E-Pen So Far it's my 2nd favorite after the E-Stick it's actually the best Electronic Cigarette with a Tank you might think of buying, the controls are impressive and the battery goes the distance By Far I can say VYPE is the best all over Thank you Vype for getting me to quit smoking thank you for the amazing devices I Love Vype so will you”

“I had high hopes for the Vype ePen but I'm quite disappointed. Mainly:- it takes a lot of rapid clicking to switch on the ePen after it's shut down - more than it says in the user guide and the tiny up/down buttons you have to click make it difficult. The silicone cover doesn't fit the ePen properly and came off and got lost on the second day I had it so I'm concerned how unhygienic the ePen now is in my handbag with the mouthpiece uncovered. Finally, The starter kit only came with 18mg tobacco caps which are much too strong for me so I bought the Crisp Mint flavoured 6mg, perfect strength but the mint flavour is barely there so I won't buy that flavour again. A few suggestions - 1) either rethink the way users have to restart the pen after its shut down or make the buttons a bit bigger and easier to use. 2) design a cap that fits properly so it doesn't come off so easily. 3) offer users the chance to buy a starter kit with lower strength caps. 4) crank up the Mint in the Crisp Mint flavour. I'll stick with it for now, but I'll probably look at a different design when I've used the caps I have. I do like the general design and range of colours though - good to see something a bit more female friendly.”

“The items I purchased are great. Eventually after tracing the tracking route I found it next door and it was never signed for so well done Royal Mail. I think you should reconsider the previous company as their security procedures seem to be lacking”

“The vype is a very good product slim and comfortable to hold ...pleased with it . However i was very disappointed when I went to my local very well known supermarket who sell vype e cigs .... that they only sell full strength liquid plus not much choice.... so have to order online through a friend which is sometimes inconvenient.”

“I bought a ePen three weeks ago. Generally it is very good, now I don't even like the real cigarette. This thing is really helpful for getting rid of tobacco. The only thing I am not happy is the Top was easy to broke. I know this ePen top was designed to be pulled to open but I accidentally twisted it. Then sad thing happened. Anyway, the taste is good and my body can feel this thing is healthier than tobaccos.”
