“I use the Vype e-pen and I love it. It is great that you can switch flavours without worrying about spilling or mess and button on the pen allows you to choose the strength/amount of each vape. The tobacco flavours are great with each one having the smallest hint of caramel or a nutty flavour, making a really smooth vape each time. The only downside I have discovered so far is with the vanilla flavour. It is very weak and you can only really taste it first puff. It's a shame as it would be lovely if they made it stronger so that the flavour was there for every puff/vape just like the cherry one (which is not to my personal liking but has the perfect strength) I would like to say that the customer service is outstanding. I am adding this point as I have found this personally to be true. They couldn't be more helpful and kind. They also are very quick to reply to any questions and have both an excellent and professional manner. I am looking forward to more flavours being made and am keeping fingers crossed for a banana flavour. ????”

“Premium Tobacco good strength but I think you need to do a double strength flavour mint - can barely taste anything at all. I am currently using VIP ecig 24mg Mint and wanted to shift over to Epen Mint. Thought I could do a direct swap (even though I would be dropping strength to 18mg) there was hardly any mint flavour at all. Will try the other flavours and hope one or two of them are more flavourful.”

“I'm so glad I bought a vipe, as I'm not smoking cigarettes anymore. ???? The only thing is I've had my vipe e cigarette for four weeks , but it's got crack on the join of the e cigarette where you take the top off to put a refill in. SD”

“The vype pen is easy to load and easy to use. I like it, not to bulky the price is fair. The only thing I think is lacking is the flavours that you can buy, the boxes have three even caps. They last for a couple of days depending how much you use them. The battery has to be charged every day for me. Apart from that the prices are okay. The pen cost £14.99 it's sturdy . And the event caps are £6.00 and £7.00 I think they are worth trying. Just wish they had more flavours.. I would love coffee, watermelon, and a mixed fruit .”

“I bought the crisp mint and dark cherry E liquids as refills. The crisp mint is nice, quite refreshing but I found the dark cherry quite artificial in taste (not sure I can finish the bottle unfortunately). Will try the apple next time! It's great that you can choose your nicotine level as I'm a fairly light smoker and have found many eliquids too strong.”

“I have given up smoking because this is a reliable product, to be on the safe side order more than one as once they lose power you have another charged. I buy when on offer. I hope they introduce a starter kit which offers a choice of flavours, I do not like the tobacco, I enjoy the mint after smoking cigarettes for 40 years.”

“I have recently purchased the Vype E tank kit. So far I am very happy with it. Easy to use and to refill. The blended tobacco liquid that came with it is very pleasant. I'm still on my first fill after 5 days of use and it is also still on its first charge. The unit is very well balanced and also very discreet. Overall I think this is an ideal unit to use and will definitely continue with it for the foreseeable future.”

“I bought the estick starter pack with blended tobacco and tobacco refills/cartomisers, I found it to be a great flavour and a smooth vape the only downside for me was the the refills run out far too quickly and are not the cheapest which is a shame as I would have been a returning customer.”

“I have been using the Vype e-pen for about 18 months. It has definitely helped me stop smoking cigarettes, which is the primary reason I'm using it. The product is generally good. It's easy to use and gives a consistent and satisfying amount of vapour. I have used a few different "ready-made" e-cigarettes (by that I mean products that are self-contained, where you don't mix your own liquid) and the Vype e-pen is certainly the best in terms of the amount and consistency of vapour produced. The pen charges quickly (~2 hours) and I haven't felt the need to get a second battery (I always make sure it's charged before I go out for a long time; otherwise I'm almost always near a usb charger of some kind so quick intermediate charges are not a problem). I use about 3 caps per week and with this usage, I charge the e-pen about once every 3 days. I am now using the 12 mg caps, just switched after using the 18 mg caps for a long time. I'd say, if you smoke but not that much (say, less than half a pack a day) then you can go straight to the 12 mg strength. Unfortunately, I first ran in to this product at Tesco and they only stock the maximum strength caps. Now that I'm adjusting to ordering everything online, this isn't a problem. The company has always been very courteous and responsive, something which I can't stress enough! The first e-pen I bought broke quite easily. I got in contact with the company and they immediately replaced it free of charge. The second one I have seems to be sturdier, as I've had it for over a year and it's still going strong. There are some signs of wear and tear; a bit of paint has come off the buttons on the corners (hardly noticeable though) and the hard white plastic part that the e-cap or charger screws onto has 4 tiny cracks, two on either side. None of this has affected performance. It is certainly important to not screw anything very hard onto this part, as stated clearly in the instructions. There are a few issues, which for me have been relatively minor such that I haven't decided to try another product. These include occasional cap leakage (apparently this is not supposed to happen, but it definitely does). I tap out the outer cap cover and wipe all parts down with a tissue and usually everything returns to normal. I try to keep the e-pen sitting upright on the battery end when I in the hopes of avoiding this. I'm not sure if there is anything else which can be done to stop this from happening; I have noticed that the caps have changed, ostensibly to prevent this? They now have tiny ridges on the inside of the outer vapour 'conduit' part, and I can see that they do trap some not-so-well vaporized liquid. All in all, for me, this is a good product and I will continue to use it until I can finally, someday, quit altogether. If they continue to improve the build quality so that the inside parts don't crack, then I'd give 4.5 stars; if the caps never leaked, I would give 5 stars for sure.”

“Absolutely brilliant product. The constant charge of the battery in its very elegant case means that I never run out of puffing time. The feel of it is very close to a real cigarette, I am experimenting with different flavours and, in time, with different strengths, so far I am very impressed.”

“I have tried every kind of e cig and bone beat the Vype it has full flavour and the smooth hit really cures my cravings, I prefer the Vype to a cigarette now!! Only downside is they are a but pricey especially as I prefer the caps and at 6.99 for 3 it can get expensive but still cheaper and healthier than cigs!”
