“Vype pen is so easy to use. And not like other vaping devices does not generate huge “clouds” around person using ;) I love variety of flavours (I’m actually not sure if I found my favourite one yet)”

“I use the Vype ePen and right from the start I felt comfortable with it. The standard 12mg caps are fine for me, and with the density selector available to further suit my taste, I really don't need to look elsewhere. Did I mention the price? A bargain!”

“What a great company, I had a problem with the battery unit on my ebox, even though it was outside their guarantee period they replaced it with the minimum of fuss. Got to say the ebox is a really great vaping devise and the customer service is excellent.”

“I love that it’s a cartridge and no messing about with liquid. Quite impressed with how it works, get a good inhalation. I do think it would have been nice to get a special offer as a new customer.”

“Haven't smoked for 2 years with the epen. I particularly like that you feel the inhalation at the back of the throat, like a real cigarette. I thought I'd never give up. Thoroughly recommend”

“always perfect quality e liquid, i won't buy anything else. i missed out on a bank hol offer due to item going out of stock. customer service assistant Hania on live chat was extremely helpful, competent, thorough and honest and honoured the offer for me, giving me a credit to my account and still got the multibuy offer of 6 for 5. Delivery free with the order as i order a good few at a time so hitting the free delivery threshold, delivery was prompt previously and items arrived perfectly. couldn't ask for better and i feel confident with the quality control at vype. would highly recommend and this comes from an experienced vaper who has previously bought dire dreadful liquids from the multitude of pop up vape shops which were a waste of money and mostly went in the bin that frankly are not strictly quality controlled like vype- the proof is in the pudding! Well done Vype!”

“Excellent service. I ordered the wrong strength for my e_pen, however, quick telephone call and the correct strength was dispatched. Must add that the original order had already been sent and I was advised to refuse the package which I did and on confirmation the order was sent. No quibbling like soom firms about returns. I will continue to use Vype refills.”
