“Positives: Quick delivery, great product, would buy again. You should consider: Price could be lowered. I've had two vype e-pens, both the outer shells have cracked when changing cartridges and clipping back together. When buying a new pen you should offer different starter packs other than just tobacco flavour.”

“Good product although the battery doesn't last as long between charges now (6 months after purchase) as it did in the beginning. It has definitely helped to keep me off normal cigarettes.”

“Brilliant product in terms of useability and running costs and so on. My only gripe if that of the build quality. I accidentally sat on one and it came apart at the point where the refill screws onto the battery and I take responsibility for that. But my current Pen has started to crack at the joint below the operation buttons and above the battery, I've not sat on it and I keep it in the plastic case it came in on delivery. I would suggest a metal retaining ring at the joints to relive the stress and pressure on those joints.”

“I would give vype 5 stars if you could get more flavours and if the refill ecaps were the same price in the shops has they are online, I've been on the vype nearly 6week now and not had one cigarette, I have tried other ecigs but not lasted has long has what I have on vype.”

“Not had a traditional cigarette since I started using this in January 2015. I used to smoke 30 a day - every day! I am delighted, never thought I could do it. I didn't leave a 'very good' because I got a batch that was leaking and lots of condensation - but I have to say, when I contacted customer services they were replaced. Excellent customer service which is really good news!”

“The vype is better than the other ecigs You don't get a mouth full of the fluid like you sometimes get off the other cheap ecigs, I think the mint flavour is the best one's to get .”

“I like the Vype E-cigarette. It is light and charges quickly. The vapour is smooth. I prefer the cherry flavour as the others do not have much taste. Personally I would like a stronger draw of Vapour and a stronger flavour, but I would buy again as my secondary E-Cig”

“I have started using your Vype sticks in an effort to stop smoking normal cigarettes. I beleive this might be the easyest way of quitting after trying other ways for giving up smoking thank you”

“Nice looking e cigarette. Good charge lasts a long time which I find brilliant. I smoke menthol cigarettes and found that the Vype mint was very poor in flavour. You did say stronger strengths would be coming out in June. I await there arrival. I will try the stronger strength and hope this is a lot better. I continue to use my Vype with the cherry flavour which is quite nice.”

“Overall the best e-cig so far. Much nearer size and weight of normal cig and the soft tip gives a more satisfying feel to vaping. Improvements would ne a higher strength alternative and delivery option for european countries. Especially Spain”

“I'm not a heavy smoker but always need one when out & about on weekends especially in a pub environment. These help a lot & are really easy to use, I get a slight cough when I first use one & a bit of a dry throat but apart from that they do the job.”

“It's a good device but am I the only one that got a couple of ulcer sort of things on my tongue? I stopped it for a day it went then I started again and it came back.. But other then that it is helping me”

“not happy with price increases, superdrug had epen refills on offer 3-99, then they are now £9 odd a packet and now I notice you have increased prices as well.”

“The cartridges didn't last that long so I went through them pretty quickly. No shop near me seemed to stock the cartridges I needed so I ended up just buying myself a new e - cig that I could just refill.”
