“Brilliant! The packaging was excellent as was the delivery. The Vype epen 3 is a much better than the original. I really like the concept of changing the cartridge which means that there is always a new mouth piece, so no transference of flavours and more hygienic. Would highly recommend the new epen 3 to anyone wishing to stop smoking.”

“The Vype starter kit has been excellent for me, it has enabled me to choose the nicotine strength and flavour to enable me to cut right down from 20 roll ups to about 5 a day! I intend to give up roll ups entirely as soon as I decrease my nicotine levels further in the e liquid to zero, therefore vaping just flavour and giving up nicotine for good”

“These vype e-cigarettes are very easy to use without loads of smoke and messy liquids refills that other brands. I would have given a very good mark if the review cartridges were available to purchase in the shops with a lower level like 6mg rather than 18mg when I could purchase them now its online only.”

“Had to order a zero capsules on line as local stockist don’t have them. I eventually got them after getting a message saying they would be delivered on the Wednesday but after a lot of phone calls the turned up on the Thursday. Overall the zero mint is really nice.”

“Typical of BAT approach to Next Generation products. BAT needs to diversify out of Tobacco......vaping is a dead end, as is HNB. Suggest Financial Services, again. And collaboration with car manufacturers in to electric cars. The BAT mobile has a nice ring about it.”

“Quite liked the new designed e-pen but the crisp mint refills are not the same taste as the crisp mint refills for the original e-pen which I have used for about 2 years plus. Taste is totally different. Tastes like crushed mint but is def not the crisp mint. Any possibility they have been labelled wrong ?”

“Great service and delivery next day, that’s great, the only thing is I am finding it very difficult to get 0 nicotine in the blended tobacco so have had to buy golden tobacco, hopefully by the time I need to order again they have got somekn”

“I have to say that so far everything vype has produced has been great quality and choice I have found that Vype cater for every kind of vaper from the beginner to the experienced vaper. they obviously listen to what customers want and are very quick to offer help they are one of the companies that I recommend to newbies as a good choice for people who are serious about quitting cigarettes and do not want to fail. the designs they have are for everyone, the performance is exactly what people expect. the only thing I would like to see is more flavours in the range they have to capture more people.”
