The batteries seem weak. Mouthpiece broke off vaporiser and spares cannot be bought separately. Bought another starter kit, for the vaporiser, and I thought the old battery was waning. However, the new battery is just as weak.

I can't seem to get a proper drag on this e cig ,also after a couple of puffs I get that sweet taste of the liquid in my mouth,am I using it wrong?

tastes like talc,no hit on throat.ok for getting nicotine,but no substitute for tobacco,shame, I liked the look and feel

Horrible taste- tastes burnt. Looks nice, battery lasts but for the price you can get better.

When pressing the button no vapor comes out at all and waiting too long for item. Postage slow and customer services team aren't exactly attentive to emails or complaints

At first the Vype device seemed very good, providing the back-of-the-throat hit I was looking for in a cigarette, but with continued use I have noticed that the effect seems to have diminished. It's harder and harder to get the vapour through and there is often a build up of fluid which comes through into the mouthpiece. When this happens it tends to gurgle. The experience is becoming quite frustrating. However, this may be because the device gets too hot and I am not using it correctly; I am unsure. What I do like is the variety of flavours. I have tried vanilla and tobacco/caramel, both of which are good. Overall the Vype isn't encouraging me to lay off the cigarettes.

took ages to absorb the eliquid. battery arrived flat. vapour levels average. fells nice in hand.

Flavour of the menthol is horrid. My actual cigarettes taste better! I've now ordered a VIP one because it is so disappointing

It is very difficult to pour any liquid from Vype e-liquid into the cigarette both because the bottle doesn't release the liquid and because the liquid won't slide down the clearomiser into the cigarette. I waited for ten minutes for this to happen last night and in the end had to pour out whatever liquid my husband managed to get out of the bottle into the sink. Apart from that, cigarette is pleasant to touch and distributes the right amount of vapor. Unfortunately, it would take me hours to refill the cigarette with the liquid. Not happy with the product.

All went well with the epen starter kit, I then purchased 6 x epen caps, the first two leaked after about half use, the third tastes like it is nearly empty and has condensation inside the cap!! Not impressed ????

I am disappointed that having purchased crisp mint flavour tips for the vype pen, they really don't have any discernible mint flavour. The just taste like tobacco. Friends who use different brands of vape pen have raved about the different flavours. Other than that it does what it is supposed to I guess I should have researched and read the product contents more carefully, as I was surprised that it comes with a USB cable to connect to the PC when it needs charging. A normal mains charger would have been better for me personally as the PC is not turned on that often. It will be a genuine waste of electricity to power up the PC and peripherals every time I need to charge the Vype pen. This is not economical for me and not great for the planet / global warming. I think I will have to invest in a different type of vaping pen to address these issues.

I find it very difficult to squeeze the liquid out. I have arthritis in my hands and it is almost impossible to use the bottles.

have been trying to use as per instructions but the on off system rarely works. it is fully charged and when I do get it to turn on seems good but then cant switch off! will try one more day but if no improvement will have to return product.

A friend recommended vypes to me. Found that the e-sticks were too strong, made me feel light headed after a few drags. Usually smoke Marlboro Lights, about ten a day, twenty plus if I'm in the pub. I was hoping I'd be able to smoke the e-stick like a normal cigarette in place of my Marlboros but its just not possible for me. I bought some other flavoured e-stick tips with the starter kit, but unfortunately they are all the same nicotine strength. Prompt delivery and good service, well packaged and designed product though, but not offering tips below 36mg means I've got a product I can't use.

I was very disappointed with the product. I brought the charging case and e cigarette with the capsules. Within 2 months the case stopped charging (this is meant to last 300 charges) so I had to by a new one (the old battery still charged in the new case) and quite often although the capsules are meant to last 200 puffs they last fair more less for example I had many that lost taste and puff after just a few puffs. I also email vype to explain my disappointed about having to get a new case and about the short lasting capsules and never received any reply poor product poor customer service I will not be using them again
