Good flavour choices and nice design but the product loses two stars for the battery life which is just dreadful. I bought two batteries and one of them needs charging every day and I only refill the tank once per day. The other battery fairs slightly better and helps produce more vapour than the other which makes me think there may be some quality control problems. I will probably try a different brand purely on the battery life alone. Don't mind having to charge every two days but the loss of power from one of them after less than a week has made me lose faith.

Bought this for my husband but the flavour I ordered (mint) did not taste of mint at all - he has gone back to the liquid!!

Ordered nicotine-free liquid. Was sent one with nicotine in it. Was promised an SAE to send this back and a replacement liquid to be sent to me. This still hasn't happened.

I smoke tubes for liquid quality is no problem, but I ordered two batteries, made me quite disappointed First time to buy is broken (crimson paragraph), the second time to buy two power only receive a group. Please future before the product shipped, should be to have a strict quality control management.

Ordered 6 packs of mixed flavours and strengths. Order incorrect, ordered a 12 and got a 6. Haven't bother to follow this up. Delivery good and on time. Good stock selection, shame they couldn't get the correction ones in the package. (delivery note showed the correct order)

Having been using e-cigs for a couple of years I was really disappointed with the flavour it is called crisp mint but you van barely taste it > I am going to try ordering the refillable one but using a liquid I already have will this be ok? or does it have to be your liquid? Thanks Jenna Nightingale

Disappointed by the flavour that I ordered, not happy with the taste. Tastes like a burnt flavour not cherry. Design of pen is great and not messy.

The pen itself is great. However I ordered 2 but only had 1 delivered, which is disapointing, now I have to go through the hassle of contacting customer service people to try to find out what went wrong and get another sent. Great product, disappointing logistics .

First one leaked. So was sent a new one. 2nd one the wires connecting it broke inside within 3 months ????

I can't get a good drag from it even on high setting. I like to buy my own fluid but you are stuck with vype on this pen because of the caps. This is not for me.

I do not feel very happy with Vype pen I have purchased, but have only had it a couple of days, it seems to be very hard to fill the tank and cannot see very clearly how much has gone in as you have to be careful not to get the liquid in the middle. It was quite frustrating to try and fill it.

I ordered on line from Yype some blended tobacco for my e-Cig and received Wild Berries, instead. such a pity. Charles

The e-pen screw on cart sometimes leak oil which meeds to be addressed asap!! They have helped me with cravings though

I ordered six refils for my vype pen on Monday and expected them to be with me by the weekend. On Thursday I was phoned and told that the refils that I had ordered were not in stock, even though the web page allowed me to order them. It is now seven days since I ordered and I am still waiting for them. Very disappointed
