“Very fast delivery, customer service second to none. Thanks, Tom for prompt re-ordering of my exchange pens and flavors. The only complaint is not getting points anymore and not getting extra packet when ordering more than 12 pks even though you don't advertise it anymore, it would not harm you to pop 1 in as complementary on bigger orders. Many thanks”

“Dealt with Zoe at customer services regards some replacement atomisers for my Ebox to be told that it had been discontinued.I was then offered to swap mine for the new one ,not only is Vype a great product it is backed by great staff that only builds value in to the product you a purchasing keep up the good work”

“Had an issue with my eTank Pro 2. I emailed Vype on the weekend it broke and Zoe got back to me the following Monday morning. She was very friendly and supportive of the fact something had gone wrong and immediately issued me with a replacement with clear instructions on how to sent my faulty device back. She responded to my emails very quickly.”

“I use the Epen3 with blended tobacco and find it completely replaces any thoughts I have had about smoking. What's better is that I can use it in lots of places I could not smoke, so all in all a great way to give up smoking, save money and be a bit healthier.”

“I tried a number of different devices before purchasing a Vype EPen 3 . i can say without reservation that the EPen 3 is the closest you will find to replicating the full experience of smoking a cigarette.”

“It came really quickly! Much smoother and less harsh on my throat than the past two vapes I've had. Will def help me give up smoking alot easier! I definatley recommend.”

“I purchased an ePen 3 starter kit. I liked the appearance and had been looking for something suitable to take the place of cigarettes for a while without success so decided to try a Vype. I can say I am very impressed with the smoothness and level of vapour. No coughing and sputtering as has been my previous experience with other vaping devices! Since my ePen 3's arrival have not felt the need to reach for a cigarette it is that satisfying. Even at this early stage, I think it is safe to say that Vype has one very satisfied customer.”
