I am not even a Vystar member yet I am a 121 Financial member some how my information from 121 must of leaked out I m getting text galore advising me $56.99 is being drafted out of my account. Now I just received one 10-1-24 Saying a transaction for $1092.00 will be drafted out of my account. Called Vystar on hold 28 minutes to speak to service rep got no where. I just I just Hope my information wasn’t sold to somebody other than VyStar. Wonder one making the transaction to VyStar they were not too bright either. They were very poor customer service very very poor administrative very poor management running their company. That is why they’re out of business. I would take your money and Run Don’t let Vystar take over your account The manager could not even tell me what time of day to call where it is not such a long hold time. My time is important too.

I'm sharing my experience to warn others about this scam , who promised me huge returns but ultimately disappeared with my investment. Fortunately, I was able to recover my funds with the help of COVSECLTD*COM, a reputable recovery service. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this company and not fall for their false promises. Instead, seek help from trusted sources like COVSECLTD*COM if you've been a victim of a similar scam.

My experience here was a very terrible one. After I had made my second deposit I was blocked out. Nothing I did worked. I was so frustrated and giving up on my money when ROSE HOOVER came to my rescue and helped me out with the issue. I would have been in a big mess if I had not met ROSE HOOVER (rose_hoover_90_AT_Gmail_._com) personally by emailing them privately. I wish to recommend ROSE to anyone in recovery of loss. She saves me and I believe She can also save others who have run into loss. WhatsApp :: +1 660_233_3165.

VyStar sucks. They don’t have enough employees answering the phone their policy is terrible and the ceo only cares about himself not the customers. I’ve been a member for 25 years and I am officially leaving. Good riddance to a terrible credit union.

Ormond beach vy star bank is always short of help. First in the drive through 2 cars behinds me got waited on and left. Trying to see manager nobody is coming..finally a person came here. You go inside and always have to wait. You can't go in a office to talk about your personal business or apply for a loan you do it standing by the window where everybody hears your birthday date and social security number. The manager is always busy no asset. Mamager here. AtM machines at both volusia county are always down. Ormond beach is closed on Saturday now. You have to go across town to the other bank. They used to have a ATM near our home that's why we actually open an account here after being here 6 months they shut the ATM down near our house they are closing places down and they are short of staff

I have had vystar for over a year know and it was great at first . The whole reason we chose them was because they were open on saturday for a few hours . Then the location we were close to decided to no longer be open with no warning . Then lately no matter how we use our debit card we keep getting fraud alert and they keep shutting our cards off . spending money with apple pay and amazon is normal . I have had my car shut down twice in three months but they don’t offer to have you print one in branch . once i can i will be closing my account .

The Branch in Regency never has enough people working the teller line or the drive thru. Heaven forbid you need to have someone help you. We should charge them back for our time. The lines are long and frustrating to deal with. They need to take a play out of Chick Fli a playbook. Vystar use to be the BEST Credit Union in Town now that are the WORST. The CEO down has lost the fundamentals of what customer service is. They have a 2.8 rating. The Board needs to wake up!!!

I've had my credit card for 3 years, a $27,000 credit limit, have no balance because I pay in full several times a month. I have several auto pays to my card. In June 2024 , I requested to add my wife as an authorized user. Called their 800 number. The person assisting me took my wife's information and said I would get her card on 7-10 business days. By the 24th of July, I hadn't received the card yet , so I called again only to be told that no card was ever ordered. So, went through the process again. Now, August 13, no card. Went to the branch in Flagler Beach and spoke to Charles, manager. He assured me that the card was ordered. Not trusting, I called the 800 number again. No card was ever ordered again. So, went through the process for the third time. Specifically told the person I was talking with that I simply want to add my wife as an authorized user, same card number because of my auto pays to the card. He assured me no problem. Today I find out that he's issuing me a new card, new card number! Now I have to change all my auto pays when I get the card in 7-10 business days! Hopefully I will get the card this time. Such a simple request and they were so unsatisfactory in taking care of it. I have a lot of money in my accounts and a mortgage. It is simply disgraceful how they just pass the buck and blame someone else for not handling this correctly. The reps on their call center are either totally not trained or just don't care. I am appalled with the inconvenience they've caused me. Go to a branch if you need help. Most of the branches are very helpful and considerate.

VyStar is the absolute worse bank I have ever financed through. I have a car loan through them and they tacked on CPI (an extra 180$ on top of my monthly bill) due to my insurance policy not reflecting that coverage. Long story short I signed up for that through progressive and VyStar was supposed to issue a credit back to me and instead they said they just “took that off my monthly payment moving forward” no how about you STOLE from me because those credits were never owed on my following payments. It was DUE back to ME.

This credit union is absolutely sickening... I will say the general customer is polite but misleading. Someone hacked into my card and I had to order a new card... I waited 11 days only to call VyStar for them to tell me my card must have been lost in the mail. They said they refuse to expedite the card and go into a local branch and pay for one. There's no virtual card to use on the app and they didn't fully reimburse the money taken from my account. The app glitches and whoever engineered it is pathetic.

I wish I could give them a 0. I am a retired banker (PNC Bank) so I am probably a bit more understamding...but...I have had problem after problem...even stuck with them during olb fiasco (which was ridiculous and caused many bill payment Issues for MONTHS) 4 days ago I was charged 6 overdraft fees BECAUSE the associate did NOT set up Overdraft protection as we discussed and I requested ...I called for reimbursement as it was their error (customer service confirmed they did not set up the Overdraft protection as requested) and I was told "it's my responsibility to check my accounts" (my mom has been very ill and I'm having to travel to SC alot, hence the reason for Overdraft protection because I can't monitor daily and I don't have to continually monitor it! I will add I have a significant daily balance in the account it was supposed to be linked to/transfered from. I cant stress enough they do not do their jobs and will mot take responsibility for errors on their side. We pay for their lost revenue.....

You always say at vystar. ; We always remember that it's your money,* Well you never do! You rarely if ever answer the phone and when you do you can never ever help me! And to top that off it's always my fault not yours! I deposit money on your online money deposit. Then you tell me it didn't work! So I do it again and you take the same amount of money out of. The payee's account twice. I call up and ask if there's anything you can do about it a sorry no we can't do anything about it and even if you go into the bank they can't do anything about it so they took the money out of my roommates account twice to pay me and I had to give him back a check for $1,000 to cover the expenses of them taking too much money out of his account he had to get on his bike and go over there and give them more money because they made a mistake taking too much money out of his account. And it's always my fault during my roommates world it is never ever VyStar swap you are perfect haha. I would take my money out of the bank but my social security goes into her and I don't want to screw that up but you have a lot to learn when it comes to banking and pleasing your customers. I am one dissatisfied customer

Never had a bank change the rules as they see fit and then hide behind a policy that’s always been in place. It they choose to ignore it. I’ve never had a bank work so hard to make business so hard to do. This is by far the worst credit union to deal with and they choose to be this way.

Went to local branch to cash check written to me, because the check was over 500 dollars it was required to be confirmed with check author, who was unavailable. They wrote all over the check front and back, know my financial institution would no longer honor it. Had to jump through hoops to get a hold of check author, to call and confirm check forcing me to make a second trip to vystar. With check previously documented they asked me to go through all the same stuff again, when the assistant branch manager Colton Baby , who was there for the first time and received all pertenant info , was made me go through all the same steps again just 20 mins later. Vystar is a complete shitshow. After last year's online fiasco and my current experiences I would never bank with Vystar.

This is to be the worst and I mean the worst! Credit union I’ve ever had when it came to financing a vehicle. Long story short they keep giving me the run around for a principal payment that should’ve been taken off due to a cancellation of a warranty package more than 90 days ago. Every time I call they either tell me it’s a different department or that they don’t handle that type of issue. I don’t see myself staying with them much longer. Flat out ridiculous!

I would choose a zero rating if I could. VyStar is the absolute worst! I've banked with them for over 20 years. I have six accounts with them, including a business account. This past year has been the worst experience you could have at a credit union. I use bill payers. Well, they send my bills late. As of lately, I've received a late fee on my credit card bills because of the late send-off. When I called to ask what the problem could be, it turns out if the bill payment date falls on a weekend, then VyStar sends it late. The rule is if the due date falls on a weekend, then it's sent early. When I contacted them, they suggested that I send it early. Wow! I couldn't believe it. I have 15 recurring payments and they suggest that. That completely defeats the purpose of online recurring payments (bill payers). Honestly, this is just one problem I've had with them. I can go on and on. I absolutely hate this credit union! They've gone down in quality. Horrible.

Vystar charges there customer $29 courtesy fee. They double dip. I can see if the customer doesn't have the money any the account but the bank takes whatever money you have and then turn around and charge you on top of that. A $1.47 short in the account they charged me $29 bucks and I put the money in when I noticed it wasn't enough before a NSF fee.

So I signed up for a 3 month deferred truck payment in early may 2024, I paid the process fee and told it would start in June for 3 months, payment came out in June, so I go to the credit union and they informed me it processed late so it would start in July, guess what it came out again, wonder what the excuse is now. Bad business practice when you pay a fee and still get screwed iver
