“Been with vystar 20 years dont fall for the hype.They are the worst financial instruction in america poor customer service sorry worthless atmosphere have high credit rating but turned down for $1,000. Loan I'm kicking the sorry vystar to the curb”

“This establishment is built off of fraud and scamming innocent people who are naive and innocent to invest in the crypto world, it’s a shame that this company couldn’t return my investments even after waiting for a long time, but a colleague of mine introduced me to COVSECLTD*COM and I was surprised at how they were able to recover all of my investments from this scammers”

“Today on the 9th when the 39th President of our country, Mr Jimmy Carter was being paid to rest, the flag at the Northside Branch on Main Street was flying high. I stepped in an met with a lady officer/associate and told the flag should be half mast. First she acted surprised. Then she said, "We don't operate that. Our maintenance does it." I explained that it can be lowered by you or anybody. "Our maintenance is coming" and off she went. SAD. Our nation is in grief since his death, and the west coast has killed citizens in the massive fire, the Branch is waiting...”

“Been trying to payoff my Morgage for over 1 month. They applied my payoff amount incorrectly, now no one can fix this. Can’t get through to anyone in Morgage department. Now they not only took money out of my account for payoff they now say , I owe more money. I want a resolution, but no one seems to be able to resolve this???! I don’t know what my next step is”

“Today makes #8 fraudulent charge against my card since '23. Card stays locked and no $ in that account, but it still has $ taken from it. 12min later I'm being interrogated by someone who can barely read the script. Account to be closed tmrw. Go elsewhere”

“The worst bank to do any vehicle financing with I purchased a Cadillac Escalade with these people. I sent them my full coverage insurance multiple times yet they still keep asking me for it and raise my payment up by $300 stating that they put insurance on my loan, what a disrespectful thief bank unbelievable how many times am I going to have to keep sending you proof of insurance this is the biggest scam and I will be contacting my attorney for sure people if you don’t want this to happen to you do not accept any loans from this bank”

“VyStar credit card services are the worst. Even when you owe $0 dollars and try to use your card it will get locked. Then the app won’t even let you unlock the card. If you call them the offices are closed. Not worth the hassle.”

“I don't want to help when fraud was done to my card then charge me a $15 stop payment fee for the charges that were fraud but didn't stop them and claimed that they couldn't stop them with a stop payment fee so now I'm at $125 and they don't even care and won't even do their job”

“Won't let me speak with the lawn department to proses a payment. Meanwhile intrest is accrued and late payment on my credit. This bank is fraudulent seriously who does this can't make this up I'm on the phone with them now and they won't take a payment .”

“If I could give this Credit Union less that 1 star I would make it -10. I had a fraudulent charge for a LARGE amount of money put on my Vystar Credit card. I called fraud as soon as I saw it when it was just a pending authorization. They cancelled the card and created a new number but thaey paid the fraudulent charge and transferred it to my new card. It took 4 trips to the branch, 7 emails to the corporate office (including the "Leadership Team" email address to which I never received a response), and over three weeks to finally get this resolved. In the meantime, they reported this huge fraudulent balance to the credit bureau which caused my score to drop by 48 points! Several of the people I did talk to were rude and suggested that maybe I was using my card "unsafely". I moved all of my money from the credit union two years ago when the botched the website roll out after over 25 years of loyalty to the CU. I don't know what has happed to this organization but I would NEVER recommend them to anyone!!!”
