The Fraud Dept is straight garbage all they want to do is cut your card off 7 to 10 business days and give you the company talk. Lyn hung up on me. Chinique Refused to transfer me to a manager or give me the managers name or number. I finally told Chinique that she was ineffective in her job and to be effective as a supervisor,she should call members.service's, explain the situation then transfer me to members service's. I guess the wait was to long because she transferred me to wait on hold. So I feel like I'm not important enough to be a member of Vystar. Lyn and Chinique are both supervisors in the fraud dept. I have never been treated like this.

First, I had to go in to the branch to set up autopay for my car loan. While there, the associate asked if I want to get a secured credit card. Ninety days later, they repossessed my car! Incompetant associate never turned in my paperwork! $1000 impound fee for THEIR incompetence! Since they DESTROYED my credit rating I asked to close my secured credit card. “Will take 4-6 weeks to process.” TWO MONTHS later, no check. Called. “Five to ten business days.” Two weeks later no check. Called. “It has been processed. I don’t know why you haven’t received your check. Three to five business days.” Three weeks later, NO CHECK! Called. “It was put in your savings account.” Tried to get them to wire to my bank. REFUSED! “You have to come in to the branch.” I specifically asked for a check because their closest branch is over 10 miles away through NIGHTMARE traffic. Never in my life have I seen such an incompetent group of people. Stay away from Vystar whatever you do. They will DESTROY your finances!

This is the worst financial institution I have ever done business with!!!! Look out for forced insurance fees (even when you have an active insurance in place). It can cost you $1,655.62 free to the institution for something you are not at fault!!!!! These people are the worse! And even got my car impounded for that!!! Even after doing all monthly payment! These people are a scam!!!!!

This is the most evil company on earth. I developed a health issue in 2020. I attempted to negotiate a solution with them, and they refused. I kept trying to work something out with them, and now they are suing me. I've been in constant contact the whole time. I answer every time they call, and I have given them over $5000 since I've been sick. I wish I had never met them.

Had yet another fraudulent charge on my debit card and of course was told I had to wait 7 to 10 business days for it to be mailed I immediately got forwarded to a different part of Customer Service to ask if there was anyway to speed up this process or to get one printed in a branch and I was told it was not possible I would have to wait 7 to 10 business days. I already anticipate this being a ridiculous process as the last time that I got a fraud charge on my debit card I waited 11 business days and they still could not explain why it hadn't arrived in the mail yet so after waiting Nearly 3 weeks with a ton of back-and-forth I went into the 103rd St branch where I had originally spoken with a teller about the card being mailed out and upon looking at my account and seeing that I had in fact been waiting over three weeks she told me to hold on and that she would print one out . So I am confused can they really print them out right there at the location (obviously) but apparently you have to have waited some ridiculous amount of time or received horrible customer service/experience with them in order to get it printed in the location. Just ridiculous, obviously they can print them out at the locations they are just being cheap and/or lazy and it is causing the valuable customers (that are the reason that their company is up and running) inconvenience and hardships. VyStar obviously does not care at all about their customers and I cannot wait to take my business elsewhere.

We have been members of VyStar for over 20 years personally and have our business account with them for 2 years. Ever since they upgraded (bought their own software), it has been nothing but issues and their customer service is ridiculous! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!

This bank is a joke! I was scammed on my account, which sent it negative. The fraud dept has taken almost 60 days at this point, and not done anything about it. And now, they are threatening to close my account and report me for the negative balance! ARE YOU F*CKING KIDDING ME??? HIGHLY suggest going elsewhere, to the FULLEST F*CKING DEGREE! I called and asked about this, and they told me that I had to cover the negative FRAUD balance to save me from going into collections! I have NEVER had a bank do anything as shady as this! WOW! And, I am very good with my money! I am not a low hack scammer!

SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THEIR WEBSITE. IT'S NOT SHOWING MY ACCOUNTS AFTER LOGGING IN. I CALL TO REPORT THE ISSUE. THE 1ST REP SAID DIGITAL DEPT FIXES THAT. SHE HUNG UP ON ME. I CALL BACK AND WAIT ANOTHER 30 MINUTES AND EXPLAIN IT TO LEE. SHE XFR ME TO DIGITAL AND HUNG UP ON ME AFTER WAITING 30 MINUTES! I CALL A 3RD TIME AND GET LEFT WAITING A LONG TIME AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEIR TECHNOLOGY SUCK. THEIR PHONE SERVICE SUCK!! SO MANY PPL NEED TO BE FIRED FROM THERE IT AIN'T FUNNY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I need to transfer money so I can pay at the register. I log in and I get a message saying I'm not allowed to perform this action. WTH? This keeps happening. So tired of all the issues. Youve Cost me so much!! SO TIRED OF ALL YOUR ISSUES. BYE! I👋

Both my credit card and bank card was stolen, placed a call to customer service ordered replacement cards. Waited three weeks cards never came, called back customer service, they indicated there was something flagged on my account related to my address(this have never been a problem before I still received my monthly statement) . I proceeded to ask the representative why a member could not reach out to me making me aware of this issue, if I did not follow up would I have never received my new cards. The representative stated she would put a note on my account and I wound be able to go into the branch and collect the replacement card, since I have been without a card for three weeks. All my bills are set up for automatic payment through Vystar. Went into the branch was not able to get a replacement and there was basically nothing they could do, the replacement card would be mailed out in 7-10 business days. Bringing my estimated waiting time to over one month. So I am literally sitting in my car at the side of the road because I have no card to purchase gas. GREAT JOB VYSTAR, AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE...SMH

I got married in 1986. My husband was bouncing checks. My thwn husband wanted ne to sign an overdraft agreement for $2000 so he wouldn't bounce checks. He kept bouncing checks. I separated our accounts. Years ago I relieved that although my name was no longer on hus account the credit union has still left it on the overdraft. After an argument with thrm they finally froze his account so he had to start paying it back. I made it perfectly clear to them at tgat time they needed to use the minimal insurance they had in him to paybthatbaccount because we had been divorced for sometime by thus point. And not one dime of the loan had I used. I was a niave newly married wife when I signed tgat to help him. They took it off my credit report and froze the loan. He died in March. I just girls a letter from them 36 years after I separated our accounts and never used that account again. That I owe them 1,896.03. He has been remarried for 8 years and she has used the money he has borrowed from them. They could have made him refinance this when they realized years ago what he had done. But, the chose to rather ho after a wife he didn't even pay a dime if child support to for 8 1/2 years. This credit union is a vulture to innocent niave freshly married people.

Wish I could give you a 0 !! You guys now spend so much time being "good" that you have lost the plot, when it comes to customer service !! Don't give me all your stupid virtue signaling, just do your job! And operate with some common sense !! Long time customer, about to go elsewhere. I have Vystar Mortgage, Heloc, Money Market and Visa. Just fed up !

The "Credit Card "Side of Vystar is poor on helping the customer. Customer Service reads from script, unfair and they don't LISTEN of the errors made. You make a payment, 1 department states they have the payment, you speak to a supervisor, they state NO payment? The member services state they got the payment, they withdraw from your bank account. If I could do 0 -Zero- stars I would! "Visa " is doing Vystar Credit Union accounts.

I lost my ATM card on april 22, the told me to wait 7 to 10 days for a new card. When I call again for check the satus they told me the order was made on the 26, so I decided to go to a sucursal and ask the lady if they can give me a provisional card because I have responsibilities and need to move my money. The answer was “they are not allowed to print cards in the bank and I can paid my bills with the account number, when I ask how I going to paid my groceries for example, she said that this is not her problem, and I just need to wait”. Three weeks later I’m still waiting for my card.

Had to sit in lobby for over an hour with two people ahead of me while an employee designated to ushering people in stood doing just that , what is wrong with that picture ??? A perfectly good employee standing doing nothing while customers watch and wait ???

Been a member (not for much longer) for 7 years or so. Can't stay logged into their online banking as it kicks me off. Can't pay bills through bill pay due to this. Credit Union is terrible. As soon as I can get to it planning on withdrawing all my money and going elsewhere. pathetic excuse for a Credit Union. They have been expanding across Florida as a "Big Credit Union". Can't stand their corporate BS. They are buying out 121 Financial where i have an account too. Will be closing that one also. If they had a zero star, I would choose that James Gordon Jacksonville, FL

If I could give a zero-star rating, I would! This company was used by the car dealership where we bought our VW. We have had the automatic payment set up the entire time and our own car insurance for two years. Our car was recently repossessed without any warning, and after we called, we were told it was because they were taking insurance coverage payment from our monthly auto payment without our knowledge! They tell us we now owe back payment for insurance and insufficient monthly car payments. Also, they say that in order to get our car back, we will have to pay the entire amount of the remaining loan or it goes to auction in one week. They made No email or phone call attempts whatsoever to try and clear this up like humans. So disgusted!

This is the second time my card got hacked. The first time recieved card within 7 days. This time I reported it on April 15th, April 25th I called to find out were it was, they told me it would not be to me till next Friday. That they did not put it in until the 19th, that was 4 days after I reported it. I explained that I have bills that are only paid with card, the man didn't care. This process is crazy Vystar is failing its customers.

VyStar Credit Union has to be the worst bank in history. For them to receive payments from my grandmother on a regular and not to mention ON-TIME basis, they have stolen funds from her and have removed every opportunity to remediate the situation where we had an open loan. The goal was to have the loan refinanced and removed from my grandmothers name and put into my name. The will she had in place for me to receive her final vehicle was dismissed. In the initial process before we were made aware, VyStar’s death processing department removed all of her funds and placed the funds onto the principal of the loan. I tried to turn over the vehicle to receive the funds and they told me they would work with me. Though very upset, I understood their process and followed it. I was told on multiple occasions that I had time to get her affairs in order. Her death certificate was approved mid-February. At that time, the first payment hadn’t arrived. I was told different things by different people that as long as the loan wasn’t in default I would be able to continue the loan and the proceeds from her several bank accounts were not to be used to offset the loan. Well that was a lie because the funds were applied. I was given multiple run arounds. I went to the courts and spent hundreds of dollars just to start the process for the letter of admin that I was instructed to get. While in the process I made sure there was adequate insurance on the vehicle and the loan was in good standings. The issue came in when I made the first payment and they didn’t have record that I made the payment. I have emailed my proof of insurance and they still stated I didn’t have any and they applied the no insurance fee which made the loan past due. They mailed a letter stating that the fee would be removed because the insurance was sent to them and it wasn’t removed. I received a call stating that they were repossessing the vehicle if I did not get the letter of admin by April 15th. Well here is April 19th and they are telling me they are repossessing the vehicle. They only gave me 60 days to have the vehicle refinanced. In that process, leaving a set amount for me to have the vehicle refinanced for and to get a letter of admin. There is no way any affairs could be done that quick, not even probate. Vystar is the worst bank to have and they have no regards to death of their members and their heirs. I would encourage many that has their funds tied up into Vystar to read over the terms and conditions as they could screw you over and make a mockery of your family as they did mine while in the toughest times. I will be reaching out to the BBB and CEO/President Brian Wolfburg in this matter because this has truly disturbed our peace.

I was with Vystar (Jax Navy) since the early 90's there customer service back then was second to none. Now they don't care if they have customers or not. I've had so many issue in the last couple of years. They changed my address even though I'm still at the same address for over 30 years, then it took three visits to get it fixed once I figured it out, no help from them. They started treating my wife like she wasn't authorized to do anything with the accounts even though she had been handling the transactions for years on our "Joint" accounts, not to mention the rudeness of some of there customer service reps when you finally do get through after waiting extremely long, and the online fiasco that I don't think is fixed 100% yet. I finally had enough and closed all of my accounts. Do not recommend this institution, unless you like being treated poorly for them to tell you what and when you can do something with your money. Terrible customer service now.
