“The teller, Heather Peak is an absolutely outstanding woman. She has helped me two times now and ultimately got me to love this bank. She is very great at her job as well as helping customers understand promotions and their money.”

“I always visit the main branch off of Atlantic Boulevard. The relationship specialists are always super nice and helpful. The last couple times I’ve seen Kenyara and she always helps me out and is very personable. Thanks Kenyara!!”

“Michael DaPonte at the Winter Garden Vystar was knowledgeable, helpful, and very pleasant to work with. I opened up a new account last week and the experience was pleasant, thanks to Michael. Just came through the teller today and who but Michael was at the window, he remembered us and treated us as if we were old friends. What an awesome establishment! I’m glad I chose Vystar. ‼️🙌🏾 I highly recommend them and if you visit the Winter Garden location ask for Michael. Maira Gomez”

“I walked into the branch on Mahan. Dale Barnes greeted me a warm smile and asked how she could help me. I told her what I needed and she went above and beyond assistance me. She told me how I could search on Vystar's site for more information. She also told me how to search on competitors sites for more information.”

“As a long-standing member of VyStar Credit Union, having been a part of their organization for nearly five years, I can confidently assert that I have consistently received exceptional service and support. From the moment I step into their branch, I am greeted with a warm welcome, even when the staff is busy. I have always been able to schedule a meeting with a banker to discuss my financial matters, and they have consistently demonstrated a willingness to find solutions that meet my specific needs. Their customer service has been outstanding. I cannot recall a single instance when I have been dissatisfied with their services.”
