“Joel from the Palm Coast Parkway location was the one who helped us open our account. He was extremely helpful and made it a pleasant experience. “I had an amazing experience with VyStar. Haleigh Mickler, their fraud investigate, spotted a potential fraud, called me, followed thru on it and saved us from loosing over $200,000. She was responsive, got it solved in less than a day...thank you so much!!! Actually I never heard of VyStar until this incident as we were not a VyStar customer, because of Haliegh, we are opening an account with them.”

“My husband has been with VyStar for over 20 years. I made the switch about 15 years back when we started dating. I now do all of my banking with VyStar including my business banking. I recently had a couple of hardships within my business and was needing financial assistance. VyStar quickly responded to my needs and I was able to get back on track in two days. We will continuing to do all of our banking including our mortgage soon. If you’re looking for a new bank; I would highly recommend VyStar Credit Union. They treat you like a family member. They are always professional and always provide excellent customer service and support. I only have wonderful experiences with VyStar and would never bank any where else.”

“Vistar credit union called me about fraud on my account. They stated they could not send me a new card because my address did not match. My husband had put in a change of address for us , but it only did it for him. We stopped in it our local branch in neptune beach today and rebecca had everything's solved within minutes.”

“Chanel in the Tallahassee office does a fantastic job. She was GREAT. She was very patient and explained every document to me and my wife thoroughly. When I have a question, Chanel is always responsive and eager to assist me.”

“Was so happy to go into the Starke branch and see that Kim Edmond was back!! She was so helpful with my questions and very knowledgeable about opening my Roth IRA. I always recommend VyStar credit union and especially Kim Edmond at the Starke location.”

“I am new to the Port Orange area and I had issues with one of my accounts. I was unable to get help by phone so I went into the branch. I met the kindest person, Kaycee Acker. She was able to assist me, resolve my issue and I feel like I have a new friend now. She will definitely be my "go to" person. Thank you Kayce for your kindness !!!!”

“I could not be happier with my encounter with Nate and Saul and another young lady whom name I did not record. I had the pleasure of working with these 3 young individuals at the (Dunn Ave branch) and the customer service and interaction was above expectations. They were patient, polite and very knowledgeable of my needs and the product I was exploring. As a customer this warms my heart to see the younger generation exemplifying leadership and a willingness to assist without loosing patience. At times it seemed as if customer service was slipping through the cracks. These 2 young men brought back to remembrance that it still exists.”
