“I bought my earrings online. This sounds scary but I was able to chat to the assistant online and ask any questions I had. My earrings arrived the next day complete with an insurance certificate. I was thrilled and havent taken them off since.”

“Obliging, prompt, did what I asked for, ready on time, and I (and the recipient!) loved the end result. I'll be using again soon for another similar item (this was the 2nd time I've had this type of bespoke order), and W&H will be the only place I go. “I bought this for my daughter and I love shopping at Walker and Hal because it's soooooo easy. They gifted wrapped and added a card. I've posted it to her all done. I love the convenience of shopping online. I've never been disappointed with the jewellery or the presentation.”
