“I ordered a ring for a 21st present on a Wednesday, I was emailed Friday saying they had only just found it and it would be sent on the Monday. I replied stating it was a gift for the Saturday and asked for it to be sent overnight. It wasn't, it didn't arrive until Wednesday. Poor customer service and lack of communication will stop me from shopping with you again. Not being able to find a product is not good enough and not sending it urgently as an apology is also not good enough.”

“I had received some vouchers and ordered online as we don't have a store in Tauranga yet. The order process was a bit strange as I was prepared to pay the difference although wasn't prompted to, and then when I called the head office the girl.took my card details, then I got an email requesting I post the vouchers. I was told that the item wouldn't be sent until they were received. I did get my necklace but the process seems clunky.”

“Easy to use and friendly website. Customer help via Online, extremely efficient and helpful. Item purchased was beautiful and looked absolutely splendid on the recipient (my niece). Delivery was prompt and efficient - within the 1-2 business days as specified. Gift wrapping and presentation was perfect.”

“I bought my earrings online. This sounds scary but I was able to chat to the assistant online and ask any questions I had. My earrings arrived the next day complete with an insurance certificate. I was thrilled and havent taken them off since.”

“Obliging, prompt, did what I asked for, ready on time, and I (and the recipient!) loved the end result. I'll be using again soon for another similar item (this was the 2nd time I've had this type of bespoke order), and W&H will be the only place I go.
