“I am really pleased with the service I received when purchasing my pearl necklace. Dora was brilliant... answering my queries and assisting me every step of the way. She guided me through the entire online process. I now feel confident to repeat the process and look forward to future Walker & Hall shopping. The necklace is a birthday gift, so I am now looking forward to receiving it in a few days time...very excited. Thank you.”

“Quick & efficient. I ordered a late Valentines gift online & requested to click & collect it. I thought it would take a day or two but to my surprise it was ready in a few hours. They asked if I wanted it gift wrapped which I thought was very nice & thoughtful of them. When I went to collect it in store, the staff were very approachable & friendly towards me. It was beautifully wrapped & my partner loved the gift wrap as well as the gift :)”
