“First time using product. It seemed to go well. You need to plan accordingly to make sure you keep things moving in timely manner I only did a 45 sq ft in middle of living room. it takes longer running the wire than it does to layout the mat and floor”

“The customer service rep/sales person I dealt with - Bryan Miranda, was spectacular. He had given me clear information on the various replacement thermostats for my system and after the ordered device arrived, he walked me thru the installation AND a fix after an accidental short in the J box due to a wire /sheathing contact. No one could have done more to assist me in my dealings with WarmYourFloor.”

“The staff were very helpful on the phone when helping me select a replacement thermostat to heat our bathroom floor. It arrived in about 3 business days and was just what I needed. The instructions for replacing the thermostat were very clear, and I was able to do the work myself without having to hire an electrician. I knew that I would be able to call the store and get advice if I had problems, which would not have been the case if I had ordered it from Amazon.”
